General Policy

For Accommodation

• Check out time is 11:00 am


• Check in time is 1:00 pm


• No Smoking in the rooms. Smoking is allowed on the room terraces and in the bar area


• No food or drinks in the rooms. Food and drinks are allowed on the room terraces. We serve food in our eating area


• No Pets

For Canyoneering

• The time of your canyoneering activity can be flexible on the day you book for, but first entry is 8:00-am and last entry for the day is 2:00-pm.


• The age limit for the activity is 7 years and above.


• You are responsible for your own equipment such as camera or phone. Zip lock bags are available (Not included) and can be used for your phone. While this has never been an issue we can not be held responsible for your items.

For Transfers

You must provide us with all the information we need to arrange your transfer. We can not be held responsible for inaccurate information that leads to a missed transfer

For Hotel Pickups (Optional Add-on)

• Hotel Address (Must be in Cebu City)

Cancellation Policy

For Accommodation

• Cancellation is allowed up to two days before the arrival date.



For Canyoneering



• Cancellation is allowed up to two days before the activity.


• The activity is sometimes cancelled due to bad weather in which case you will be refunded or you may reschedule for another day


• Should the activity suddenly be cancelled during the canyoneering adventure due to sudden weather changes no refund is available. This is very rare and activities are assessed before the tours start.





For Transfers (Optional Add-on)



• Cancellation is allowed up to two days before the transfer.


• Please note: All cancellations are subject to payment processing charges. We will refund you the balance after any payment processing fees are deducted.
