General Policy

*Check-in time: 
Main Building / Annex : 2pm to 6pm.
KIKU : 3pm to 6pm
The front desk will be closed at 7 pm.
Please contact us if you are not able to do check in before 6 pm.


*Check-out time:

Main Building / Annex : Until 10am.
KIKU : Until 11am.


No curfew time - Please be considerate of others when coming back late.
Luggages can be stored before / after check-in for free. Long term luggage storage is available at ¥500 a day.
Children under 5 are accepted free of charge when sharing a bed with an adult.

Important Notice

A reservation confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered on the reservation screen.
Please carefully verify that the email address you entered is correct before completing your reservation.

Cancelation Policy


Free cancellation up to 8 days before arrival date.
No refunds for cancelation made within 7 days of arrival date.
