Cancellation Policy –

Bookings made directly through our website benefit from a preferential rate, lower than those offered on booking platforms.

In return, these bookings are non-refundable and non-cancellable, regardless of the reason or timing of cancellation.

However, a date modification is possible up to 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, subject to availability.

Security deposit and cleaning
Upon arrival, two checks are required:

• A security deposit check of €2000, not cashed, intended to cover any potential damages.
It will be returned after the check-out inspection.

• A cleaning fee check of €100, which will only be cashed if the accommodation is not left in a satisfactory state of cleanliness.

These conditions help ensure a high-quality stay for all our guests.
