100% down payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

However,

if you cancel 7 days (not including Day 7) before your check-in date, we will keep your down payment for the next 6 months so that you can reschedule your stay within this period. (You must reserve and stay within the next 6 months after cancellation.)

If you cancel within 7 days before your check-in date, your down payment will not be returned nor kept for the next reservation. (In special cases, relevant certificates must be provided for judgment.)

1. For early Check-in, please contact us in advance.

2. It is not possible to check-out after 10 AM because we need to clean the room for next group.

3. If you would like to store luggages before or after your stay, please contact us in advance.

4. Office Hours： Monday to Friday 10 AM ~ 8 PM, Weekend 10 AM ~ 6:30 PM

5. Check-in Time 4 PM / Check-out Time 10 AM

6. Bank transfer or credit card might cause transaction fee which the guest should cover it.
