Q. What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Q. Is early check-in or late check-out available?
A. Early check-in may be possible depending on the availability of the day. Please be sure to consult with us in advance if you wish to request this. Please note that check-in is not possible if you arrive early without prior notice. Late check-out is not available.
Q. Do you provide meals?
A. We do not provide meals. All rooms are equipped with a full kitchen, so you are welcome to enjoy cooking during your stay.
Q. Is smoking allowed?
A. All rooms are strictly non-smoking.
Q. Is there a cancellation fee?
A. For reservation cancellations, the following fees will apply:

・Up to 30 days before check-in: Free cancellation (Full refund)
・7 days before check-in: 50% of the accommodation fee
・Within 7 days of check-in: 100% of the accommodation fee (Same for no-shows)
*All cancellation policies are calculated based on local time.
Q. Are pets allowed to stay?
A. Pets are not allowed in any of the rooms.
Q. Can I drop off my luggage before check-in?
A. This may be possible depending on the reservation status. Please consult with us via email in advance.
Other Important Notes
Request for Guest Registry Submission
To prepare the guest registry, submission of guest information and a passport photo is mandatory before using the room. Thank you for your cooperation.
About the Number of Guests
Please refrain from using the room with more people than the number specified at the time of booking, or making reservations that differ from the actual number of guests. Please note that if a false declaration is discovered, a penalty fee of [5,000 JPY] per person will be charged.
Parties and Loud Conversations Prohibited
Our facility is located in a quiet residential area. Parties with large groups or loud conversations are strictly prohibited as they cause a nuisance to the neighbors.
Strictly Non-Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas and on the premises. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Request when Returning from the Beach
Please shake off any sand thoroughly before entering the room. We ask for your cooperation in not washing sand down the drains in the bathroom or washroom, as it may cause clogging.
Regarding Trash during your Stay
We ask that you leave all trash inside the room upon check-out. Please do not place trash outside, as it causes a nuisance to the neighbors.
Room Equipment Damage or Loss
We will charge the cost of a brand-new equivalent item as compensation for any damaged or lost equipment. We thank you for your understanding.
