Renovated by a designer in November 2025, "Private Resort Seichi" is an exclusive vacation rental limited to one group per day. It is located in a quiet villa area just a 7-minute drive from Lake Yamanaka.


The interior features a calm "Japanese Modern" design that embraces the warmth of wood. You can enjoy a majestic, direct view of Mt. Fuji from both the room and the terrace.


Step out onto the terrace to enjoy a relaxing BBQ with Mt. Fuji as your backdrop. Spending time here while watching Mt. Fuji change its appearance with the seasons and time of day is a special experience unique to this location.

《About the Natural Environment》

We are located in a nature-rich environment. While we take strict measures to prevent insects from entering the house, it is difficult to completely block them out. Therefore, we do not recommend this property for guests who are uncomfortable with insects.


《About Surrounding Trails》

There is a walking trail adjacent to the property, so hikers may occasionally pass by.


《About Winter Access》

There is a steep uphill slope on the way to the property. During winter, please ensure your vehicle is equipped with snow tires or tire chains. Additionally, please note that the property is accessible only by car or taxi.

Standard Plan
This is our standard plan, which allows for cancellations according to our cancellation policy.
It's ideal for guests who prefer flexibility in case of schedule changes.

Cancellation Policy

・Same day / 1 day before: 100% of the total charge
・2–3 days before: 80% of the total charge
・4–5 days before: 50% of the total charge
・7 days before: 20% of the total charge

No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made 8 or more days in advance.

This is a fixed fee per stay. No additional fee is required for multiple uses during your stay.

[ Noise Policy ] Located in a quiet area where sound travels easily. Please avoid:

Loud music/speakers.

Loud outdoor conversations or laughter.

Violations may result in immediate eviction. Normal quiet enjoyment is perfectly fine. Thank you for your cooperation.

[ Groceries ]
No supermarkets within walking distance. Please purchase food/drinks before arrival.

[ Projector & TV ]
Compatible with Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube.
No terrestrial TV channels available.

[ Guest Capacity ]
Please inform us of any changes to the number of guests. Unreported guests will be charged the additional fee plus a 1.5x penalty of the total reservation cost.

[ Smoking ]
Strictly Non-Smoking Indoors. Please use the designated area on the balcony. Cleaning/deodorizing fees apply for violations.

[ Parking ]

Strictly Prohibited on the entire property and surrounding areas.

[ Damages & Cleaning ]
Excessive mess may incur extra cleaning fees. Guests will be charged for any broken or missing items.

You may encounter wild birds, squirrels, or deer. While we take measures against insects, they cannot be completely blocked in this natural setting. Please be aware if you are sensitive to bugs.

[ Surrounding Trails ]
A hiking trail is adjacent to the property. Hikers may pass by, but the trail is separated from the grounds. Privacy is maintained.

[ Winter Access ]
Steep uphill slope on approach. Winter tires or chains are mandatory during winter months.
