※Regarding Hot Spring Use
①Turning on the hot spring on the 1st floor will stop the hot spring on the 2nd floor due to supply constraints. Please avoid using both floors simultaneously.
②It takes 40 to 60 minutes for the water to reach full temperature. (It heats up slightly faster during summer.)
③Filling the bathtub with hot spring water takes several hours.
Our inn utilizes natural hot springs.
However, please note that the open-air bath on the second floor is not a hot spring.

You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing.
Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account.

《Check-in Time》
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Please note that we cannot accommodate late check-ins after 10:00 PM.

《Changes in Number of Guests》
Our pricing is per person, not per room. Even within the maximum capacity, rates vary depending on the number of guests.
Please notify us of any changes by the day before check-in.

《Hot Spring》
The hot spring pumping system may be temporarily suspended due to construction work, heavy rain, or other factors, resulting in the hot spring being unavailable in the surrounding area.

If the hot spring is unavailable, we will refund 15% of the accommodation fee for the affected night(s).
(For example, if the hot spring is unavailable for only 1 night out of a 3-night stay, a 15% refund will be applied to that 1 night.)

We will switch to gas-heated water, so the baths will remain available.

《Shopping》
A convenience store is located about a 12-minute walk from the property.

《Projector & TV》
The projector allows access to Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, etc.
Please note that terrestrial TV channels are not available.

《Guest Count》
Rates change based on the number of guests.
If there is any discrepancy between your reservation and actual guest count, you will be charged for the difference plus a penalty equivalent to 1.5 times the total price.

《Smoking》
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.
Please use the designated outdoor smoking area.
If indoor smoking is detected, a deodorization fee and restoration costs will be charged.

《Parking》
One parking space is available on-site.
Please note it is located on a steep slope — exercise caution when using it.

《Access from Gora Station》
The walk from Gora Station takes about 15 minutes.
However, please be aware that the route includes steep slopes typical of Hakone.

《Fireworks》
Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the property.

《Natural Environment》
The house is surrounded by nature and you may encounter birds, squirrels, or insects like beetles.
We do our best to prevent insects from entering, but cannot guarantee complete protection.
If you are uncomfortable with bugs, we kindly suggest reconsidering your stay.

《Property Use Guidelines》
In cases of excessive mess, damage, or theft, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees or full compensation.
