Cancellation Policy (English Version with Billing Details)
【Cancellation Policy and Billing Procedure】

If you wish to cancel your reservation, please note the following cancellation fees:

■ Cancellation Fees

Up to 5 days before check-in date: Free cancellation

From 4 days to 1 day before check-in date: 100% of the total accommodation fee

Same-day cancellation or No-Show: 100% of the accommodation fee + ¥3,000 administrative fee

■ Billing Method

If payment was made by credit card:
　→ The applicable cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card used at the time of booking.

If payment was to be made on site:
　→ An invoice will be sent by email within 3 business days. Please complete payment via bank transfer within 7 days of the invoice date.

■ Important Notes

Cancellation fees apply regardless of the reason, including but not limited to: bad weather, transportation delays or cancellations, personal illness, or any unforeseen circumstances.

By confirming your reservation, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.

Article 1 (Scope of Application)
These terms and conditions apply to all matters related to the accommodation contract between the guest and our facility.

Article 2 (Reservations and Payment)

Reservations must be made through the official reservation page designated by our facility.

Payment must be completed either by credit card at the time of booking or via bank transfer by the specified deadline. If payment is not confirmed by the deadline, the reservation will be automatically canceled.

Article 3 (Cancellations and No-Shows)

Cancellations made up to 5 days before the check-in date: No cancellation fee

Cancellations made 4 days to 1 day before check-in: 100% of the accommodation fee

Same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the accommodation fee + ¥3,000 administrative fee

These conditions apply even in cases of natural disasters, transportation delays, or other unexpected events.

Article 4 (Check-in and Check-out)

Check-in: Between 15:00 and 22:00 (Check-in after 22:00 is not permitted)

Check-out: By 10:00

Late check-in/check-out is generally not accepted. If unavoidable, please contact us at least one day in advance.

Check-in will be conducted at Shiogamaya.

Article 5 (House Rules)

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises, including the use of electronic cigarettes. A cleaning fee of ¥30,000 will be charged for violations.

Pets are not allowed.

Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, especially after 10:00 PM.

Guests will be charged for any damages or breakage of furniture or equipment.

Article 6 (Identification and Emergency Contact)
Guests must submit valid identification prior to check-in. Failure to do so may result in refusal of accommodation. We also request pre-registration of an emergency contact number.

Article 7 (Liability Disclaimer)
Our facility shall not be liable for any accidents, theft, or health-related incidents caused by the guest's negligence.

Article 8 (Privacy Policy)
Personal information provided will be used only for accommodation management and emergency contact purposes. It will not be disclosed to third parties.
