The 590㎡ grounds are divided into the main building and a separate annex. Passing through the entrance gate, you'll begin a rich, exclusive experience reminiscent of a private hotel.

The inn is divided into a main building and a separate building.
●Main building: 2F, 3LDK 
There is a LDK and one bedroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms with a loft on the second floor.

●Separated building: Sauna/Jacuzzi bath

There are shower booths and washrooms in the main building.
If you want to soak in the bathtub, you need to use the annex.
There is no roof between the annex and the main building, so you will need to use an umbrella on rainy days.

About the bedrooms

Bedroom 4 (with loft): 2 futons

Each bed can be used as a wide king size bed by putting them together.

The beds are made by SIMMONS and the duvets by FRANCE BED provide you with a comfortable sleep.

Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrush, comb, cotton, razor, etc.

Kitchen
Cooking utensils include a microwave oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker (4 items above: made by BALMUDA), rice cooker, frying pan, pot, earthenware pot, bowl, colander, kitchen knife, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc.

A built-in dishwasher (Miele) is also provided, so you can relax and leave the cleaning up to us after cooking your own meals.

Chopsticks, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, small and large plates, and bowls are at your disposal.

++Available check-in time++
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00.

++About changing the number of guests++
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.
In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee.

++Optional Fees++
・Barbecue Equipment: ¥3,000, including all necessary equipment. Guests are kindly requested to provide their own food. Payment can be made via credit card by scanning the on-site QR code.

*Please let us know in advance if you wish to use the fireplace.

++About the sauna++
Please allow one hour for the sauna to warm up after turning it on.
We recommend that you wear a bathing suit when using the sauna.
Please drink water and refrain from using the sauna after consuming alcohol.
Please note that we are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in the sauna.

++Parking++
There are parking spaces for 3 cars.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY.

++Fireworks&sparkles++

Fireworks
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. No fireworks are allowed in the neighborhood.

++ About the natural environment ++
The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles.
Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. 
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.

++About noises++
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

++Regarding the Surrounding Environment++
During your stay, external factors such as construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or temporary odors may be present.
As these occurrences are outside the facility and beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or discounts based on such reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding when making your reservation.

++Regarding Room Issues++
If you have concerns about odors, stains, or other conditions within the room, we will inspect the situation in your presence. Please note that if you check out without prior consultation, we cannot offer discounts or refunds. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy before making your reservation.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people.
If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. 
In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge 
fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you. 

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
