Reservations are made online only. We do not take phone reservations; the phone number is for urgent issues after booking. Bookings can be cancelled online, but paid amounts are not refunded and there is no free cancellation window.

For check-in, EU guests can use an ID card or passport. Non-EU guests need a passport. Smoking is not allowed inside, and pets are not accepted.
