The layout of our inn is 4LDK.
1F: Living room, dining room, kitchen, Japanese-style room, bath (hot spring), toilet, terrace
Second floor: 3 Western-style rooms, toilet
There is also a washing machine and a gas dryer, so it is ideal for long-term stays.

■Bedrooms
There are 4 bedrooms.
1F Japanese-style room: 3 sets of futons (each for 1 person)
Western-style room on 2F: 1 queen bed (for 2 persons)
Western-style room on 2F: 2 semi-double beds (each for 1 person)
Western-style room on 2F: 3 single beds (each for 1 person)

The maximum number of guests is 10.
Please consult with us if you wish to stay with more than the maximum number of guests.

Pets
There is no limit on the number of pets allowed.
We have a 100 square meter grass dog run for the exclusive use of our guests.
Pets are allowed in all areas except the 2nd floor. 


■Amenities
Various amenities are available. Towels, etc. are provided for the number of guests x 1 night, regardless of the number of nights stayed.
Please use the washing machine and dryer.

BBQ
BBQ is available from 9:00 to 21:00 using charcoal grills.
The fee is 1,500 yen per stay. Payment can be made by credit card using the QR code provided on site.

The balcony is not covered, so BBQ will not be allowed in case of strong wind and rain. Please be punctual.

The terrace is uncovered, so BBQs are not permitted in the event of rain.

Fireworks are allowed at Nagahama Seaside Park, which is 7 minutes away by car, as long as they are non-sounding.

About the number of guest
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know.
In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.

Noise
The inn is located in a quiet villa area, and loud noise can be heard outdoors.
We are aware that some of our guests are causing a serious noise nuisance to the neighborhood.
Please be especially careful of the following acts.

If the level of disturbance is too severe, we may ask you to leave the room forcibly.

We do not have any problem with the use of speakers or conversations as long as they are within the bounds of common sense.
We ask for your understanding and cooperation in order for everyone to have a pleasant stay.

About the natural environment
The hotel is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles.
Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who do not like insects to stay at the hotel. 
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.

Other precautions
Fines may be incurred for any of the following acts

1. If the actual number of guests is different from the reserved number
You will be charged for the additional number of guests and may be charged 1.5 times the accommodation fee.
Please be sure to inform us of any changes. 1. security cameras are installed outside the room.

2. if the room is noticeably dirty
If vomiting, spilled drinks, smoking in the room, etc. are found, we may charge a cleaning fee depending on the degree of soiling.

3. In case of damage or theft
The full amount of the relevant items may be charged.

4. If there is a significant delay in check-out
5,000 yen/30 minutes may be charged.

Cautions for use
In case of extremely poor use of the room, cleaning fee/compensation for damages may be charged separately. In addition, the full amount will be charged in the event of damage to or theft of items.
