No one other than registered hotel guests are allowed to enter or stay at the facility.
Check-in time is after 15:00. Check-out time is 10:00am.

Fireworks may not be displayed until 9:00 p.m. Please fill the designated bucket with water and have a parent or guardian take responsibility for extinguishing the fireworks.　
No bonfires are allowed. No fire pits are allowed.　
Please inform us in the remarks column if you would like to stay with 2 children under 6 years old for free (sleeping together).

Please note that the road into the facility is a cycling road that borders Hamana Lake, so if the road is impassable due to an approaching typhoon or high tide, we may cancel your reservation for safety reasons even on the day of your reservation.

In the unlikely event that an evacuation order is issued during your stay, please evacuate to the nearest evacuation site, Mikka Higashi Elementary School, 2266-2 Tsuzuki, Mikkaicho, Kita-ku, Hamamatsu City, by yourself.
