Kaeruya is a private lodging in Logiura that was renovated from a 60-year-old building. Frogs are widely known overseas as symbols of luck and happiness, and are also considered messengers of the gods. In Japan, frogs are said to bring good luck and money back. And above all, they are considered lucky objects that bring a safe return, making them the perfect lucky character for travelers. We chose the frog as our store name. A quiet, convenient, and cozy hideaway with a Japanese atmosphere. Kaeruya is located in a quiet, convenient, and cozy Japanese space. You can access everything in 1 to 5 minutes, including Nankinmachi, Motomachi Kita-dori, the lively Kobe Motomachi Shopping Street, the shopping street under the elevated railway, and Tower Road leading to the Port Tower. Kaeruya will help you create rich memories of Kobe.

About the facility

・Regarding the 301 Maisonette Room, the 4th floor maisonette floor can only be used when booking for 3 or more people.

　Please note that if you are with two people or less, you can only use the 3rd floor.

・As this facility is a traditional Japanese house, the stairs are very steep. Please be careful when carrying luggage.

・This facility is a private lodging with no owner present, based on the Residential Accommodation Business Act.

　There is no front desk on-site, so if you have any questions, please contact us via chat.

・No smoking in the entire building (including heated tobacco products)

・No private parking (please use nearby Municipal parking lot)

Check-in/check-out
・Check-in is possible from 15:00 onwards. Please do not enter the room before 15:00 as cleaning is in progress.
・As we are an unmanned facility, we generally do not store your luggage.
　There are several coin lockers at Motomachi station, so please use them.
・Check-out is until 10:00. To ensure time for cleaning, we do not allow late check-outs. Please note that if you check out after the designated 10:00, an additional fee will be charged.
