[Long-Term Stay Plan]

If you contact us at least 4 days before your check-in date, cancellations requested within 48 hours of booking will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made after 48 hours from booking or after 0:00 three days before check-in cannot be refunded.
Please send your cancellation request within 48 hours of booking and by 23:59 four days before your scheduled check-in via message, phone, or self-cancellation through the reservation system.
This is a measure to prevent losses due to last-minute cancellations. Thank you for your understanding.

・We use self check-in. Before your scheduled arrival date, we will send you the check-in information. Please make sure to review it in advance.

・1–3 days before your scheduled arrival, we will charge your registered credit card. If there are any issues, we will contact you, so please respond accordingly.

・The entire facility, including guest rooms, terraces, window areas, common areas, and streets near the facility, is non-smoking. If smoking is detected, additional cleaning fees will be charged.

・Please be considerate of noise and the use of common areas so as not to disturb other guests.

・Check-out time is 10:00 AM. Significant delays in check-out may incur penalties depending on the waiting time for cleaning staff.

・After check-out, if excessive dirt, damage, or loss of amenities is found during cleaning, additional charges will apply.

・Please note that illegal activities or unauthorized actions may result in legal measures.
