《Cancellation Policy》

・Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the accommodation fee
・Cancellation on the previous day: 100% of the accommodation fee
・2 to 7 days prior to the stay: 80% of the accommodation fee
・8 to 14 days prior to the stay: 50% of the accommodation fee

【Terms and Conditions of Ryokan Tenrai】

To maintain the public and safety of our Ryokan, guests who use our facilities are required to comply with the following rules based on Article 10 of the Accommodation Contract. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the refusal of accommodation under Article 7 of the Accommodation Contract.

1. Do not use any open flames or other sources of ignition that may cause a fire in the inn. (Please refrain from bringing in cassette stoves, BBQ sets, fireworks, etc.)
2. The entire Ryokan is non-smoking.
3. Pets are not allowed.
4. As our Ryokan is located in a residential area, please refrain from engaging in loud or boisterous behavior that may cause inconvenience to our neighbors or anyone else around. This includes singing loudly or any other behavior that may cause annoyance or discomfort to others.
5. Do not bring the following items into the Ryokan:

(1) Animals or birds
(2) Items that produce a strong odor
(3) Large quantities of items
(4) Items that are highly flammable or explosive such as gunpowder or volatile oils
(5) Guns, swords, or other weapons that are not legally permitted
(6) Marijuana, narcotics, amphetamines, etc.

6. Do not engage in gambling or any other behavior that may violate public morals in the inn.
7. Do not bring in outsiders into the inn or move, process, or take out any of the inn's facilities or equipment for any purpose other than those intended. (Use by individuals not registered on the guest list is strictly prohibited. In the event that non-registered individuals are discovered, an additional fee will be charged for each person.)
8. Do not attach any foreign objects to the Ryokan's building or facilities, or move them to other locations within the Ryokan.
9. Customers who are heavily intoxicated will be refused the use of the bath.
10. In the event that any building, furniture, equipment, or other items are damaged or lost due to reasons other than force majeure, there is a possibility that you may be required to compensate for the appropriate amount.
