1) The general terms and conditions regulate the contractual relationship between guest/tenant and host/landlord and are deemed to be accepted by you upon booking.
2) The accommodation contract is concluded as soon as rooms have been ordered and confirmed and confirmed in writing by the host
3) The reservation data is binding for both contractual partners
4) The reserved rooms are available from 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
5) The bill is due to be paid upon departure at the latest. The landlord is entitled to demand advance payments or to issue interim invoices.
6) If general terms and conditions have not become part of the contract in whole or in part or are ineffective, the rest of the contract remains effective. If the provisions have not become part of the contract or are ineffective, the content of the contract is based on the statutory provisions. The same applies to any contractual gaps. We reserve the right to correct errors, in particular typographical and arithmetic errors in written offers and confirmations from Landhaus Edelmann. Deviations, side agreements and additional agreements must be recorded in writing.
