If the Tenant cancels more than 30 days before the arrival date, the reservation will be fully refunded.
If the Tenant cancels between 15 and 30 days before the arrival date, 50% of the nightly rate will be refunded.
If the Tenant cancels less than 15 days before the arrival date, no refund will be issued, and the full amount of the reservation will be retained by the Landlord.
The Tenant is also entitled to a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of the reservation confirmation.
If the Landlord cancels the reservation for a reason other than a breach of contract by the Tenant, all sums paid will be refunded.
