Floor plan: 2LDK (living / dining room, kitchen, bedroom (Japanese-style room x 1, Western-style room x 1), stone bath, toilet (Western-style x 1).
Kitchen: microwave oven, toaster oven, kettle, 3-burner gas stove, and refrigerator.

*BEDROOM
The composition of the bedroom and bedding is as follows.

Japanese-style room → Double size bed x 1, futon x 1
Western-style room → Semi-single size bed x 2

*AMENITIES
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, bath towels, face towels, toothbrush, comb, cotton, shaver, etc. are available as they would be in hotels.

*KITCHEN
Seasonings include salt, sugar, seasoned salt and pepper, and salad oil.
Cooking utensils include a microwave oven, rice cooker, frying pan, small pots, bowls, colander, kitchen knife, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc.
As for tableware, you can freely use chopsticks, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, large and small plates, bowls, etc.

*SHOPPING
There is a grocery store named MaxValue Atami Taga branch , conveniently located about a 10-minute drive away. We recommend that you consider purchasing any necessary items before your check-in because there are no grocery stores nearby and delivery to the accommodation is not available.

*BBQ
BBQs are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There's a 1500 yen fee to utilize the gas grill for the duration of your stay. You can conveniently make this payment using your credit card by scanning the QR code provided at the accommodation. We offer tongs, a gridiron, and seasonings for your convenience. Please bring your own food, gas canister, and BBQ sauce if desired, skewers, and etc.

You can still have a BBQ even if it rains since there is a roof on the balcony. However, please keep in mind that if there is strong wind, the BBQ might not be possible. For safety reasons, please refrain from bringing your own charcoal. Also, please note that the exterior lights will automatically turn off at 9:00 PM, so make sure to conclude your BBQ activities by then.

*PROJECTOR
You can enjoy streaming services like Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. If you have a paid subscription, kindly use your personal account, as we don't provide accommodation-specific accounts for these services. Standard broadcast TV channels are not accessible, but BS channels are available. Furthermore, if you wish to project your own content, you can connect it using an approximately 3-meter long HDMI cable. Kindly replace the fireTV stick with an HDMI terminal and return it after usage.

*WIFI

We provide free WiFi with a very stable speed of 250 to 300Mbps, allowing you to watch movies without any difficulty.


*PARKING 
There is a parking space for 3 passenger cars.

++Number of guests++
Please be sure to let us know if there is a change in the number of people reserved.
If there is a difference from the number of people reserved, we will charge an additional fee for the difference in the number of people + 1.5 times the total amount as a penalty.

++About noises++
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

++Smorking++
The room is completely non-smoking. Please use the smoking space on the balcony.
If smoking is found indoors, we will charge the cost of deodorizing and cleaning.

++Sparklers&fireworks++
Do not play sparklers.If you do, we might evict all guests from the property. However you can enjoy fireworks at Nagahama Beach Park as long as they are non-dounding. It takes about 11 min by car from the property.

++Precautions for use ++
If the usage situation is extremely poor, we may charge a separate cleaning fee / compensation for damages. In addition, if an item is damaged or stolen, the full amount will be charged.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
