Apartment No. 2 does not have a pool, but it has a large semicircular terrace with panoramic views of the sea. It is suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children or 3 adults.

It is also possible to rent both apartments.

Villa Eleni offers comfort and plenty of space. Two houses with a swimming pool (4 x 6 m, depth: 1.20-1.50 m), operating until the end of September, as well as a large garden, are available for you.

Eleni Villa I:
Eleni Villa I has two apartments. One is located on the top floor, and the other on the ground floor.

Eleni Villa II:
Eleni Villa II is a maisonette house.

Both houses are situated on a 1800 m² plot with a well-maintained garden, lawn, and many trees and plants.

Eleni Villa I - 2 Apartments:
Each apartment for 4-5 persons has two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds), a spacious living room with seating and a sleeping opportunity for a 5th person, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen.

• The apartment on the top floor has a fireplace and a balcony with garden furniture. It is 74 m² in size (plus balcony).
• The apartment on the ground floor has a veranda with garden furniture but no fireplace and is 70 m² in size (plus veranda).

Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning.

Eleni Villa II - House for 6-7 Persons:
The house has a living area of 100 m², a balcony of 5 m², and a veranda of 36 m². It has 3 bedrooms (two with balconies) on the top floor, a shower/WC, and a large living area with a kitchen on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with seating, a fireplace, a large TV, and a large dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped with a large refrigerator, oven, and extractor fan.

There is also a small WC on the ground floor. One of the bedrooms has a balcony, and the house has a large covered terrace with a pergola and grapevine arbor, as well as garden furniture.

Shared Facilities:
A barbecue area is available in the garden for both houses.
