Beach Side Chatan is a beachfront accommodation in a prime location, situated just a 3-minute walk from the beautiful Araha Beach and approximately 1.1 km from Sunset Beach, allowing you to experience the ocean close at hand.

We offer floor-by-floor private rentals on both the "2nd Floor (2F)" and "3rd Floor (3F)", with both apartments fully equipped with excellent amenities to ensure a comfortable stay for large groups.

Each floor features a full range of modern conveniences, including air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a smart TV, a spacious living room, a kitchen fully stocked with cooking utensils and tableware, and laundry facilities—providing everything you need to feel right at home during a long-term stay. Free private parking is also available with space for up to two vehicles per floor.

2F (Up to 7 guests): A spacious floor perfect for groups, featuring three double beds and one set of Japanese futons.

3F (Up to 7 guests / Pet friendly): Our newly added floor! This baby-friendly apartment is fully stocked with a wide variety of baby items—including a baby crib, bed guards, a high chair, and kid-friendly tableware—ensuring families with infants can stay with peace of mind.
