Apartment Hermann in House Crystal is situated in a sunny and peaceful location in the heart of Schladming with wonderful views of the Planai and the Hochwurzen.

The apartment offers room for 4 – 6 people. 2 double bedrooms, living room with sofa bed (160 x 200 cm) and TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave,…), bathroom with shower, WC, hallway, washing machine, internet.

Light wood dominates in the sleeping area. The living area is spacious and is particularly suitable for a cozy get-together.
You can also end the day on the balcony on winter days! An ideal starting point for all activities in or around Schladming.
The Planai valley lift station, the swimming pool, restaurants and all shops are only a few minutes away by foot. A bakery and a small restaurant are just outside the apartment.

An underground parking space is available and another parking space can be rented for a fee. Skis and ski boots can be stored and dried in a dedicated area on the basement floor. Apartment Hermann offers an elevator making the apartment easily accessible without barriers.

There are plenty of winter activities like snowshoe hinking, cross country skiing, tobboganing, horse drawnsleights, winter hiking and of course skiing in one of Austrias top skiing areas in the Alps. Dont forget to visit in summer too to enjoy mountain bike trails, fantastic lakes, rides with mountain go-carts, raftig, hiking and much more.
