Kitchen: The open-plan kitchen is ready for your use with a microwave, toaster, rice cooker, three-burner gas stove, refrigerator, and electric coffee maker. You’ll also find all necessary cookware and tableware, including frying pans, pots, a clay pot, bowls, colanders, and cutlery, as well as various glasses and dishes.

Pet amenities:Toilet seats, toilet bags, and wet wipes are provided.

++About Onsen++++
Hot spring water supply hours are limited due to the circumstances of the hot spring supplier.

[The hours are from 6:00 to 24:00 on Mondays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, the hours are from 3:00 p.m. to 24:00 p.m.

During the following peak periods, the service is available from 6:00 to 24:00.
New Year's Holidays December 30 - January 5 

Regular Day Off:
-Every 2nd and 4th Wednesday

Please note that regular hot water is available at any time, and the hot spring is only closed on the specified days off. (every 2nd and 4th Wednesday)

++Available check-in time++
Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00.

++About changing the number of guests++
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.
In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee.

++About shopping++
There are supermarkets and convenience stores about 15 minutes away by car.

++About TV++
You can watch terrestrial digital broadcasting on the 32-inch TV in the bedroom. Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube, etc. can be viewed on the projector.

++Air conditioner++
One of the two Japanese-style rooms on the first floor does not have air conditioning. All other rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

++Sparklers&fireworks++
Do not play sparklers.If you wanna play it, Please go to Akasawa Kaigan Beach It takes about 15 min by car from the property.
If you do, we might evict all you guys from the property.

++ About the natural environment ++
The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles.
Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. 
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.

++Note++
Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid making excessive noise.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people.
If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. 
In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge 
fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. 

++Parking++
There are parking spaces for 3-4 passenger vehicles.

++BBQ++
To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
There is a fee of 1500 yen to use the charcoal grill throughout your entire stay. We provide tongs, a gridiron, and seasonings for your convenience. However, please remember to bring your own charcoal and food for the BBQ, if desired, skewers, BBQ sauce as well as the food for your BBQ.

++Regarding the Surrounding Environment++++
During your stay, external factors such as construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or temporary odors may be present.
As these occurrences are outside the facility and beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or discounts based on such reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding when making your reservation.

++Regarding Room Issues++++
If you have concerns about odors, stains, or other conditions within the room, we will inspect the situation in your presence. Please note that if you check out without prior consultation, we cannot offer discounts or refunds. We kindly ask for your understanding of this policy before making your reservation.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.
