This budget dormitory hotel was newly opened in May 2019 and is located in a quiet, high-end residential area, a 6-minute walk from Gaienmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. It offers "male-only shared rooms" with bunk beds.
A 10-person room with five bunk beds on the second floor and a 6-person room with three bunk beds on the third floor can accommodate a total of 16 people.
Each floor is equipped with a washbasin, shower, and toilet. There is also a shared space where guests can exchange information.
