Important Notes Before Booking
Our facility is maintained with the help of local residents who assist with gardening and cleaning. We aim to operate our facility in harmony with the local community and with full consideration for their living environment.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to refrain from booking if you intend to host parties or make excessive noise. Please understand that any trouble with neighbors may force us to cease renting out the villa. We deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
1. Basic Information & Check-in
- Check-in: Anytime after 16:00.
- Check-out: Strictly by 10:00.
Note: Due to our cleaning schedule, early check-ins and late check-outs are generally not permitted.
Note: If your check-out is delayed, our cleaning staff may need to enter the premises.
2. House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
- ID Verification: Valid ID is required for ALL guests. Entry will be denied without presentation.
- Maximum Occupancy: Strictly no extra guests beyond the reserved number.
- Noise Restrictions: Use of outdoor facilities (deck, sauna, BBQ) is prohibited between 22:00 and 7:00. Please refrain from making noise that may disturb neighbors throughout the day.
- No Smoking: Strictly non-smoking indoors and outdoors (including e-cigarettes).
- No Pets: Animals are not allowed.
- No Shoes Indoors: Please remove your shoes inside the building.
- No Fire / Flammables: Bringing or using fireworks, fire pits, or charcoal grills is strictly prohibited.
- Facility & Equipment: Taking, damaging, or dirtying our property and equipment is prohibited.
3. Requests During Your Stay
- Usage: This is a private vacation rental, not a hotel. Please treat it respectfully as if it were your own home.
- Self-Cleaning: Please assist with basic tidying and cleaning before check-out (e.g., washing dishes, gathering trash).
- Trash Disposal: Please separate trash into designated bags and gather them indoors.
- Hygiene Management: If the property is left excessively dirty or with strong odors, an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
- Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for subjective reasons such as odors, insects, or temperature.
4. Natural Environment Guide
- Surroundings: Located at an altitude of 1,100 meters, it is about 10°C cooler than the lowlands. Warm clothing is essential, especially in winter.
- Wildlife / Insects: Ants, centipedes, spiders, wild boars, monkeys, etc., inhabit the surrounding area. Please stay calm and do not approach or provoke them.
- Insect Measures: We inspect and take preventive measures during cleaning, but please understand that complete prevention of insects is difficult due to the natural environment.
Note: If you are extremely uncomfortable with insects, please consider this carefully before booking.
5. Access & Facilities
- Parking: Private parking space for up to 2 vehicles on site.
- Winter Access: The use of studless (winter) tires is strongly recommended.
- Taxi: We do not arrange taxi dispatches. If needed, please book one yourself well in advance.
- Temperature Drop: It gets especially cold in the mornings and evenings. Please bring warm clothing.
6. Violations & Penalties
- In the event of serious rule violations (e.g., smoking, noise, exceeding maximum occupancy), additional cleaning fees and/or penalty fees will be charged.
- If trouble occurs with neighbors, we may have no choice but to terminate your stay immediately.
