*HOUSE
The house layout consists of a 3LDK design, including a living room, dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms(1 bedroom, 1 Japanese-Western style bedroom, and 1 Japanese-style bedroom), a bath and 2 toilets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, an oven toaster, a gas stove, pots, and a refrigerator. The living room and kitchen. Additionally, there’s a laundry machine with a dryer, making it perfect for your long-term stay.

Japanese-style bedroom: 3 Japanese-style mattresses(Futon)

*AMENITIES
We provide the following amenities as standard:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, a hair dryer,  cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities.

*KITCHEN
We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave oven, a rice cooker, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more.

For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more.

*Pet Supplies
large crate, toilet seat, litter bags, and wet wipes are provided.

*PET FEE
・Up to 2 dogs are allowed free of charge.
・For more than 3 dogs, there is a charge of 4,000 yen per dog.
・If you have a giant breed dog, please contact us in advance.
・Kindly consider noice levels after 9PM out of respect for the neighbors.

*PARKING

There is a parking space available for one car just one minute from the accommodation. If you require parking for more than two cars, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements.

*BBQ
To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
There is a fee of 1500 yen to use the charcoal grill throughout your entire stay. We provide tongs, a gridiron, and seasonings for your convenience. However, please remember to bring your own charcoal and food for the BBQ, if desired, skewers, BBQ sauce as well as the food for your BBQ.

*TV
Enjoy Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, and more and more on the impressive 70-inch TV screen. 

Please note that for viewing paid content or other streaming services (such as Netflix or Hulu), guests must provide their own accounts.

*Children's facilities and amenities
We have spoons, forks,  eating utensils and one high chair for children.
If you need two high chairs, please contact us.

SPECIAL NOTE
++Sparklers&fireworks++
Do not play sparklers.If you wanna play it, Please go to Akasawa Kaigan Beach It takes about 15 min by car from the property.
If you do, we might evict all you guys from the property.

++Noises++
Please be considerate of your neighbors and avoid making excessive noise.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. 
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. 
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. 

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
