Cancellation fees are as follows:

No-show/no-arrival without notice: 100% of the accommodation fee
On the day: 100% of the accommodation fee
1 to 2 days before: 50% of the accommodation fee
3 to 6 days before: 30% of the accommodation fee

[Accommodation promise and precautions]

1.Check-in/Check-out
Check-in from 4:00 PM
*If you wish to arrive before check-in time of 4:00 PM, please be sure to confirm that we can accommodate you on the day before arriving.
*You may also want to send your luggage to us by courier in advance before check-in.
Please be sure to contact us in that case.
*If you arrive after 11:00 PM, arrive too late, or do not notify us, we will charge you an additional fee of 1000 yen/hour.

*Check-out time must be punctual. We do not offer time extensions.
*Please be sure to return your room key and facility information booklet when checking out.

2.Accommodation fee
Accommodation fees must be paid in advance at check-in. All other food and drink costs will be settled upon your checki-out.
For payment, you can use cash, credit card, electronic money (including transportation), QR payment, etc., but the following conditions apply.

・You will only be able to pay for your stay fee after your arrival if you make a reservation directly with our hotel.

・Reservations made on our official website or each accommodation reservation site (Rakuten Travel, Booking.com, Airbnb) are listed in the plan details of each reservation site. Payment is basically made at the time of reservation.
Children are allowed to stay at our inn.
Children aged 0 to 4 may pay a facility usage fee of ¥1,100 if they stay in the same bed without futons or breakfast.

For children over 5 years old or who require a futon, the same price as an adult will be charged.

3.About smoking
The entire hotel is non-smoking, including the dining room and guest rooms.
Smokers are welcome to stay, but the following conditions apply.
Regarding smoking areas, we ask that you smoke outside the back entrance on the 1st floor (outdoors), and we do not allow smoking on the balcony on the 2nd floor.
*Heavy smokers may not feel comfortable.

If you smoke in your room and cause a nuisance to the next guest, or if you find smoking in your room, the smell of cigarettes, or other smoking in the facility, you will be charged a penalty of ¥30,000.

4.About pets
We kindly ask that you refrain from staying with your pet.
If it is absolutely necessary, please contact us.

5.About meals
There are many reasonably priced and delicious privately run and chain restaurants around the B&B.
Although it is good to eat and drink in the downtown area, we highly recommend eating and drinking while experiencing the downtown area at the surrounding restaurants of this downtown inn.
The kitchen in the facility is a cafe kitchen and cannot be used by hotel guests.

For breakfast, please choose from a menu as included in the accomodation fee.

We are looking for your preferred time.
For small groups, please finish your breakfast before the cafe opens (9:00 AM).
There is a refrigerator in the cafe (dining room) in the common space on the 1st floor, and we have left a little space for guests to use it.

6. Regarding valuables
Please store at your own risk.
Your room has a key.

7.About shared spaces, commotion, and noise
・This facility has two guest rooms on the first floor. We will accept a maximum of 2 groups of customers per day.
・The ground floor has a cafe business space and a shared space for the inn, including a shower room, 2 toilets, and 2 sinks.
Please use the shared space on a mutual concessions.
・TV is located in the cafe space, and you can watch it on a shared basis at night. None in each room.
・Rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed, so loud voices from neighboring rooms may be heard.
・Please note that this facility is located along a main road, so you may hear some emergency vehicles and vehicles at night.
・Please be considerate when using the facility so as not to disturb other customers during the night.

8.About damaged items/damages
・Please note that if your child or other touches something inside the facility and damages it during your stay, you will be charged a separate fee.
