2nd Floor (Western Room): 4 single beds

※ The queen bed is intended for two people.
The futons are thick and firm, the same quality used in traditional Japanese inns (ryokan).

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
We are unable to respond to issues related to check-in after 10:00 PM.

《About Changes in Number of Guests》
Our accommodation is not charged per room, but rather per guest. Therefore, the total price will vary depending on the number of guests, even if within the capacity.
Please notify us of any changes to the number of guests by the day before check-in.
Also, if someone uses the facility temporarily without staying overnight (e.g. for BBQ only), the regular additional fee will still apply.

Our facility is located in a quiet residential area, and loud sounds echo easily outdoors.
Please be mindful of the following:

Speakers and outdoor conversations are allowed within reasonable limits.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to help everyone enjoy their stay.

《Shopping》
There are no supermarkets within walking distance, so we recommend doing your shopping in advance.

《Projector & TV》
The projector allows access to Amazon Prime Video and YouTube, etc.
Terrestrial TV channels can be viewed via the television.

《Guest Count》
Rates vary depending on the number of guests.
If there are any changes in the number of guests, please be sure to inform us.
If there is a discrepancy between the booked and actual number of guests, we may charge the difference plus 1.5 times the total price as a penalty.

《Snow Conditions》
In winter, snow chains are required.
Please note that cancellations cannot be accepted unless roads are officially closed due to snow.

《Smoking》
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors.
Please use the designated smoking area on the balcony.
If smoking indoors is discovered, we will charge the full cost of deodorization and restoration.

《Parking》
We provide parking space for up to 2 or 3 standard-sized cars.(It depends on the car size)

《Fireworks》
Fireworks are strictly prohibited, and there are no nearby locations where they are allowed.

《Facility Use Guidelines》
If the property is used in an excessively poor manner, additional cleaning fees or compensation for damages may be charged.
Any loss or damage to property will be billed in full.

《Natural Environment》
Our property is surrounded by nature, and you may encounter birds, squirrels, or beetles.
Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the house, complete prevention is difficult.
We do not recommend our accommodation to guests who are uncomfortable with insects.

《Regarding the Surrounding Environment》
During your stay, external factors such as construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or temporary odors may be present.
As these occurrences are outside the facility and beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or discounts based on such reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding when making your reservation.
