Vacation Stay

Private Resort Nichinon” is a one-day-only inn located in Shizenkogo, a villa area 15 minutes by car from Atami. 176m2, 5LDK rooms and a spacious garden are available.
The inn was completely renovated in April 2023, with many high quality and sophisticated interiors.
The location as well as the interior design is excellent, so please enjoy the spectacular view while relaxing in the hotel.

Use of Tennis Courts
There is a tennis court in the villa area of the facility, which is available for public use. (Tennis courts are available for public use (for a fee)).

*HOUSE
5LDK includes a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, 5 bedrooms, a bath, and 2 toilets.Feel free to use kitchen supplies, and laundry facilities making it ideal for a long-term stay.

*BEDROOM
There are 5 bedrooms in this house, and it can accommodate up to 12 guests.
1F Japanese-style bedroom: 4 sets of futons
2F 4 bedrooms: 2 single beds, 2 semi-double beds, and 2 queen beds.

*AMENITIES
We provide the following amenities as standard:
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, face wash, towels, toothbrushes, hair combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and other amenities.

Note: We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay.

*KITCHEN
We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave, a rice cooker, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more.

*BBQ
BBQs are permitted between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. There is a fee of 1500 yen to use the charcoal grill for your entire stay. We provide salt, pepper, soy sauce, sugar, oil, tongs, griddles, fire starters and a lighter. However, please bring your own charcoal and food for your BBQ, if desired, please bring your own BBQ sauce, skewers, and etc.

To maintain a friendly relationship with the local community, we kindly request that BBQs be held between the hours of 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. Please note that BBQs are not allowed when it is raining, as there is no extended roof at the accommodation.

*PROJECTOR
Projector You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube through the projector. If you want to watch a paid service, please use your own account, as we do not provide an account for our accommodation. There is no broadcast TV available. Additionally, if you wish to project your own content, you can do so by connecting it using an HDMI cable of about 3 meters.

*WIFI
 We provide free WiFi with a very stable speed of 250 to 300Mbps, allowing you to watch movies without any difficulty.

*SHOPPING
There is a grocery store named MaxValue Atami branch, located approximately 10 minutes away by car. We recommend that you consider purchasing any necessary items before your check-in because there are no grocery stores nearby and delivery to the accommodation is not available.

*PARKING
There are parking spaces for 2 passenger vehicles.
3 passenger vehicles can be parked in the second parking lot, a 15-minute walk away.

*Children's facilities and amenities
We have spoons, forks, eating utensils and one high chair for children.
If you need two high chairs, please contact us.

SPECIAL NOTE
++Sparklers&Fireworks++
The use of fireworks is strictly prohibited.
Any person found to be using fireworks will be fined 30,000 yen and forced to leave the premises.
Heavy penalties are imposed due to the high incidence of nuisances to the neighborhood.

Please enjoy the fireworks at Nagahama Seaside Park, a 5-minute drive away.

++About noises++
The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood, so we kindly ask you to avoid making loud noises outside of the house. You are welcome to use the speaker and enjoy conversations with your group, but please be mindful of the neighbors as well. In the event that the neighbors file a noise complaint, we may need to ask you to vacate the premises. Thank you for your cooperation in advance.

++Number of guests++
We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know.
In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay.
We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests.
If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.

++Smoking++
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building.
Smoking area is limited on the balcony only.
In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY.

++Caution++
If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you.

++Late Check-Out Policy++
In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.

The cancellation fee will be applied based on the number of days prior to the reservation date as follows:

On the day of the reservation or no show: 100% of the total charge
1 day prior to the reservation: 100% of the total charge
2-3 days prior to the reservation: 80% of the total charge
4-5 days prior to the reservation: 50% of the total charge
6-8 prior to the reservation: 20% of the total charge

The rental villa at Private Resort Kanon offers services and pricing that are designed to align with the manners and morals of our guests. To ensure your safety and comfort, we kindly request that you comply with the following terms and conditions of use. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in a nuisance fee being charged and the cancellation of your accommodation contract, with no refund of the fee.

Ⅰ．How to Use the Villa
• The villa cannot be used if the number of guests exceeds the capacity. Only confirmed guests are permitted to use the villa or the garden. Friends and relatives who have not been confirmed as guests are not allowed to access the premises.
• As per our policy, pets are not allowed to stay in the villa, except for dogs that are specifically permitted to stay with their owners.

Ⅱ．About Our Rental Villa
• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building for health, safety, and fire prevention reasons. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated terrace area.
• Taking any facilities or equipment from the villa premises is strictly prohibited, except for the following exempted consumables:
-Amenity set provided in the washroom basket.
• Please report any damage or loss of facilities or equipment during your stay.
• Please refrain from bringing your own barbecue stove for fire safety reasons. However, you have the option to rent barbecue stove available at the facility for a fee.
• Please refrain from entering adjacent private properties or non-public areas and avoid gathering wild vegetables or other items in the neighborhood. There is a possibility that neighboring residents may have cultivated those areas.

Ⅲ．Terms of Use
• Minors are not allowed to stay without adult supervision.
• Please refrain from engaging in activities that may disturb public morals and safety, such as loud singing, playing musical instruments, or engaging in loud conversations. Be considerate of the neighbors and other guests by maintaining a quiet atmosphere, especially after 9:00p.m. There may be permanent residents in the neighborhood who have different schedules or time zones.
• To ensure disaster prevention and prevent noise pollution, the uses of bonfires and fireworks (including small fireworks, firecrackers, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rules may be in immediate eviction from the premises.
• Please separate your trash into recyclable items such as cans, bottles, and PET bottles, and non-recyclable trash. Dispose of them in the designated trash cans provided within the facility.
• If you have any large or bulky items that cannot fit in the regular trash bags, please leave them inside the facility for proper disposal. Do not leave them outside or in public areas.
• Please follow these guidelines when barbecuing or dining outdoors:
• We recommend that you begin preparing for the event no later than 5:00 p.m.
• If you encounter any difficulties while lighting your BBQ stove, please contact us for assistance. Improper use of the stove can lead to accidents.
• To prevent grease stains on the floor, please use a plate or tray to transport grilled food, such as meat, away from the stove.
• Please ensure that no leftover food is left in the garbage, as it may attract wild animals and cause mischief. Properly dispose of any remaining food waste.
• After using utensils and dishes, please wash them thoroughly and return them to their designated places.
• Once the check-out time has passed, our staff will enter the premises for cleaning.
• For security purposes and to prevent any issues, our management staff regularly patrol the building. Please note that security cameras are installed near the entrance area.

Ⅳ．Other items to be observed
• Please thoroughly review and understand the Terms and Use provided.
• Whenever you leave the facility during your stay, please ensure that the door is securely locked behind you.
• Ensure that the door is securely locked, especially when you go to bed or leave the facility. Exercise caution when opening the door to visitors and verify their identity if necessary. If you notice any suspicious activity or individuals, promptly report it to the manager or the local authorities.
• Take precautions to prevent fires, such as extinguishing any open flames before leaving or going to sleep.
• Please note that the management and owners of the villa are not liable for any damage, theft, or accidents that may occur to vehicles or personal belongings of the guests. It is recommended to take necessary precautions and safeguard your belongings.
