(2) The Junior Suite (Family Suite) can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival.

General Terms and Conditions for Rentals at Perkeo Apartments am Neckar

§ 1 Validity of the General Terms and Conditions
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the rental of holiday homes for accommodation, as well as all other services and deliveries provided by the provider to the guest. The provider's services are provided exclusively on the basis of these General Terms and Conditions.

(2) Subletting or reletting of the provided holiday home, as well as its use for purposes other than residential purposes, requires the prior written consent of the provider.

(3) The guest's terms and conditions only apply if they have been previously agreed upon. Deviations from these terms and conditions are only effective if the provider has expressly confirmed them in writing.

§ 2 Booking/Booking Confirmation
Please submit your booking requests via the booking request form or in writing to kontakt@perkeo-apartments.de or by phone. If we can provide you with one of our apartments during the desired period, you will receive written confirmation from us. The reservation is valid if we provide you with a billing address and a valid credit card number (with expiration date). You can provide this information directly via email (encrypted) or by phone. The card will NOT be charged but will be held with us as security.

§ 3 Payment Conditions
Payment is due on the day of arrival. We accept all credit or debit cards with the Visa, V Pay, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, or Union Pay logo. We also accept PayPal and NFC payments via Google and Apple Pay.

§ 4 Arrival and Departure
The vacation apartment is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. The apartment must be vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out is possible upon prior request, but is subject to a surcharge of €50.

§ 5 Vacation Apartment
Our vacation apartments are handed over in a tidy and clean condition with a complete inventory. Should any defects exist or occur during the rental period, the landlord must be notified immediately. The tenant is liable for any damage caused to the rental property, its inventory, e.g., broken dishes, damage to the floor, or furniture. This also includes the cost of lost keys. Replacing a cylinder lock with three keys costs €100. The inventory must be treated with care and attention and is intended only for use in the holiday home. Moving furnishings, especially beds, is prohibited. The tenant is also liable for the negligence of his or her fellow travelers. Damage caused by force majeure is excluded.

§ 6 Pets
The accommodation of pets of any kind in the holiday home is only permitted with the prior written consent of the provider. The provider charges a reasonable surcharge for the accommodation of animals. If animals are accommodated without the prior consent of the provider, the provider may charge a cleaning fee of up to €100.

§ 7 Stay
The holiday home may only be used by the persons listed in the booking. If the apartment is used by more people than agreed, a separate fee must be paid for these persons.

§ 8 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing.
(1) The studio apartment can be canceled free of charge up to 3 days before arrival. If the apartment remains unoccupied due to a cancellation later than 3 days before arrival or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge you 90% of the total price.
(2) The deluxe apartment can be canceled free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. If the apartment remains unoccupied due to a cancellation later than 7 days before arrival or a no-show, we reserve the right to charge you 90% of the total price.

§ 9 House Rules, General Rights and Obligations

(1) The guest is obligated to comply with the house rules. Quiet hours apply from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. To avoid disturbance, TV and audio equipment must be set to a comfortable volume.

(2) For the duration of the rental of the holiday home, the guest is obligated to keep windows and doors closed when leaving the holiday home.

(3) Bringing or keeping a pet is permitted for an additional charge. The owner must ensure that the dog does not relieve itself on the property.

(4) Smoking is generally prohibited in the holiday apartments. In the event of violations, the provider may charge a cleaning fee of up to €100. Smoking is permitted on the terrace.

(5) Parking in Heidelberg's old town is only permitted for residents with a special parking permit. You can park in one of the numerous municipal parking garages (e.g., in front of the house).
