To ensure you have a safe, quiet, and comfortable stay, a €100 cash security deposit is required upon check-in.

PURPOSE (Anti-Criminal Screening): This amount is essential to immediately deter individuals who intend to violate our Zero Tolerance policies regarding: Drugs, Alcohol Abuse, Violence, or Conduct that renders the accommodation unsafe for other respectable guests (such as the entry of unregistered persons).

2. Common Sense Guarantee: We do not apply the deposit for minor accidents. We withhold it only and exclusively in case of serious breaches of the Regulations (as per Matrix F of the Protocol QS-H) that threaten the safety and integrity of the Structure. Our excellent reviews attest to our fairness in managing refunds.

Free cancellation if made up to 14 days before arrival.
In that case, if a refund is requested, Stripe fees will be withheld, as they are non-refundable, with percentages depending on the card used:

Cards issued in the European Union: 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction

Cards issued in the United Kingdom: 2.5% + 20p per transaction

International cards (USA, rest of the world):

USA (non-European card): 2.9% + $0.30 + 1.5% for international card → approx. 4.4% total

50% of the total will be charged if the cancellation is made from the 14th day up to the day before check-in.
100% of the total will be charged if the cancellation is made on the same day as check-in or in case of no-show.

Costs related to the voluntary Climate Contribution are covered by us and will not be charged in case of cancellation.
