Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We cannot accommodate issues related to check-ins after 10:00 PM.

《Regarding Changes in Number of Guests》
As this accommodation does not operate on a per-room charge basis, the total cost will vary depending on the number of guests, even if within the room's capacity.
Please notify us of any changes in the number of guests by the day before your stay.
Additionally, even if you are only using the facilities temporarily without staying overnight, the standard additional fee will apply.

A supermarket, convenience store, and drugstore are located about a 15-minute drive away.

《Projector & TV》
The projector allows viewing of Amazon Prime Video, YouTube, etc.
There is no television.

《Reservation Guest Count》
Rates vary based on the number of guests. If there is a change to the number of guests in your reservation, you must notify us.
If the number of guests differs from the reservation count, we will charge a penalty fee equal to the additional charge for the difference in guests plus 1.5 times the total amount.

《Smoking Policy》
The interior is completely non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking area on the balcony.
If smoking is discovered inside, you will be charged for the costs of deodorization and restoration.

There is parking space for two passenger vehicles.

《Fireworks》
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Silent fireworks are permitted at Akazawa Beach, a 15-minute drive away. Please enjoy them there.

《Natural Environment》
Our property is located in a rich natural environment where you may encounter wildlife such as wild birds, squirrels, and beetles.
While measures are taken to prevent insects from entering the rooms, complete prevention is difficult. Therefore, we do not recommend stays for guests who dislike insects.

《Regarding the Surrounding Environment》
During your stay, external factors such as construction noise, sounds from nearby residents, or temporary odors may be present.
As these occurrences are outside the facility and beyond our control, we are unable to provide refunds or discounts based on such reasons. We kindly ask for your understanding when making your reservation.
