WARNING: In addition to the room cost, a MANDATORY SECURITY DEPOSIT of €100 must be paid prior to accessing the property. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, provided the house rules are respected. The following clauses are considered severe violations and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and immediate eviction:

G1 Unregistered Guests / Unauthorized Visitors (even for a short period)

G2 Violence, Threats, Insults, or Intentional Damage

G3 Use/Abuse of Drugs or Alcohol within the accommodation/common areas

G4 Misbehavior or Harassment, failure to maintain distance from other guests and/or the property owner

G5 Severe Noise Disturbances / Unauthorized Parties (Nighttime, after 10:00 PM)

G6 Refusal to provide a valid ID document for public safety registration

G7 Overstaying / Remaining in the accommodation past 2:00 PM without prior agreement, which prevents the use or sale of the following night. (See E.3 for 50%/100% Compensation).

G8 Sabotage of the Security and Communication System (e.g., disconnecting Wi-Fi/Sensors)

G9 Theft or Intentional Damage to Security/Monitoring Devices

M1 Smoking inside the accommodation

Free cancellation if made up to 14 days before arrival.
In that case, if a refund is requested, Stripe fees will be withheld, as they are non-refundable, with percentages depending on the card used:

Cards issued in the European Union: 1.5% + €0.25 per transaction

Cards issued in the United Kingdom: 2.5% + 20p per transaction

International cards (USA, rest of the world):

USA (non-European card): 2.9% + $0.30 + 1.5% for international card → approx. 4.4% total

50% of the total will be charged if the cancellation is made from the 14th day up to the day before check-in.
100% of the total will be charged if the cancellation is made on the same day as check-in or in case of no-show.

Costs related to the voluntary Climate Contribution are covered by us and will not be charged in case of cancellation.
