From 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM, you can enjoy BBQ using imported gas grills. The usage fee is ¥5,000 per stay. Please pay by credit card via the QR code provided on-site.
※To prevent fires, please refrain from bringing or using charcoal grills.
※As there is no roof, the area cannot be used during rainy weather. However, you may bring your own tarp.

You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026.
You can still enjoy movies and videos at the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing.
Additionally, using our company account does not allow access to paid content. If you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account.

《Check-in Hours》
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We cannot assist with any issues arising from check-ins after 10:00 PM.

《Regarding Changes in Number of Guests》
As our facility does not operate on a per-room charge basis, the total cost will vary depending on the number of guests, even if within the room's capacity.
Please notify us of any changes in the number of guests by the day before your scheduled stay.
Additionally, even for temporary use of the facilities without an overnight stay (e.g., BBQ only), the standard additional fee will apply.

《Parking》
One parking space is available for a passenger vehicle.

《Insects》
As our facility is located in a natural setting, some insects may enter during spring and summer. While we take all possible measures, complete prevention is difficult. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter.

《Smoking》
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please smoke on the balcony or in the designated smoking area at the entrance.
If smoking is discovered indoors, you will be charged for the costs of deodorization and restoration.

《Fireworks》
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Please enjoy them at Nagahama Seaside Park.

《Noise》
This property is located in a quiet resort area where loud sounds carry outdoors.
Noise disturbances affecting neighbors by some guests have become a serious issue.
Please be especially mindful of the following behaviors:

・Playing loud music through speakers
・Loud conversations outdoors

In severe cases, we may ask you to leave the premises.

Using speakers or having conversations is acceptable within reasonable limits.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure everyone enjoys a pleasant stay.

《Other Important Notes》
Fines may apply for the following violations:

1. Actual number of occupants differs from reservation count
Rates vary based on occupancy. Please notify us immediately of any changes to your reservation count.
If the actual number differs from the reservation, we will charge a penalty fee equal to the additional cost for the difference in occupants plus 1.5 times the total reservation fee.

2. If the room is found to be excessively dirty
If vomiting, spills, or smoking inside the room are observed, cleaning fees may be charged based on the extent of the mess.

3. In case of damage or theft
The full cost of the damaged or missing item will be charged.

4. If checkout is significantly delayed
A fee of ¥5,000 per 30 minutes may be charged.
