To ensure you have a safe, quiet, and comfortable stay, a €100 cash security deposit is required upon check-in.

PURPOSE (Anti-Criminal Screening): This amount is essential to immediately deter individuals who intend to violate our Zero Tolerance policies regarding: Drugs, Alcohol Abuse, Violence, or Conduct that renders the accommodation unsafe for other respectable guests (such as the entry of unregistered persons).

2. Common Sense Guarantee: We do not apply the deposit for minor accidents. البطاقات الصادرة من الاتحاد الأوروبي: ‎%1.5 + 0.25 يورو لكل معاملة

البطاقات الصادرة من المملكة المتحدة: ‎%2.5 + 20 بنس لكل معاملة

البطاقات الدولية (الولايات المتحدة وباقي دول العالم):
الولايات المتحدة (بطاقة غير أوروبية): ‎%2.9 + ‎$0.30 + ‎%1.5 لبطاقة دولية → ما يقارب ‎%4.4 إجمالاً

يتم خصم ‎%50 من المبلغ الإجمالي إذا تم الإلغاء من اليوم الرابع عشر وحتى اليوم الذي يسبق تسجيل الوصول.
يتم خصم ‎%100 من المبلغ الإجمالي إذا تم الإلغاء في يوم الوصول أو في حالة عدم الحضور.
تكاليف المساهمة الطوعية في المناخ (Climate Contribution) تقع على عاتقنا ولن تُفرض في حالة الإلغاء.
