This is a private lodge with a hot spring, located a 12-minute walk from Atami Station.
A 65-year-old old private house has been renovated and transformed into a new space that combines the quaint atmosphere of the past with a modern Japanese feel.
The spacious entrance, house structure with a view of the courtyard, and separate bedrooms make you feel as comfortable as if you were in a ryokan (Japanese inn).

Please enjoy sightseeing in Atami and  a relaxing time at our inn !

*Construction work is being carried out in the next building during the day, and noise may be a concern. Please be advised in advance, and those who are sensitive to noise should take particular care.

*A queen bed is for 2 people.

Various amenities are available. Please note that amenities are provided once, regardless of the number of nights you stay. Face towels and bath towels are provided twice for those staying 3 nights or more. Please make use of the washing machine and dryer available.

《About changing the number of guests 》
Since we do not have a room charge system, the amount will change according to the number of guests, even if the number of guests is within the maximum capacity.
If you wish to change the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay.

《Shopping》
There is a convenience store about a 15-minute walk from the hotel.

《About the projector and TV》
The projector can be used to watch Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, Youtube, etc.

You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026.

You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing.

Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account.

Please note that terrestrial digital TV is not available.

《Number of people》
The fee will be changed depending on the number of people. Please let us know if there is a change in the number of people in your reservation.
If the number of people in the room is different from the number of people you reserved, you will be charged an additional fee for the difference in the number of people plus 1.5 times the total amount of the room as a penalty.

《Smoking》
Smoking is not allowed in the room. Please smoke in the smoking area on the balcony.
If smoking is found inside the room, we will charge for the cost of deodorizing and restoring the room.

《Parking space》
There is a parking space for one passenger car in front of the building.
Please be careful when parking and getting in and out of the car, as it is narrow with a width of only 2m and a standing width of less than 6m.
For larger vehicles, please use the pay parking lot near the station.

《If you are coming on foot from Atami Station》
It is about a 12-minute walk from the nearest station, but please note that Atami has many hills and the road to the inn is very steep.

《Fireworks:》
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
However, fireworks are allowed at Atami Sun Beach, a 6-minute drive away, if they are non-sounding.

《About the natural environment》
The hotel is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals, such as beetles.
Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who do not like insects to stay at the hotel. 
We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding.

《Notes on use》 
In the event of extremely poor usage conditions, we may separately charge cleaning fees/compensation for damages. In the event of damage to or theft of items, the full amount will be charged.
