IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR BOOKING

ROOM ALLOCATION
All images are from actual property and they are for illustration purpose. Allocated rooms and spaces may vary. You will be assigned any of the rooms/bed shown in the booking page. Viva Ireland is committed to providing the same standard of what you see in the booking page to ensure their guests with the best available premises during their stay. No change of room is allowed without Viva Ireland permission. Should you have specific requests, please contact us.

ACCESS TO PROPERTY
Check in starts from 2:00pm & check out on your day of departure before 11:00am.
Guest access is via secure key safe. You will be sent your unique entry code by email a week before check-in date.
Every room gets cleaned up by professional cleaners before your arrival.
Linen is provided in the rooms however towels are not. Make sure you bring your own towels.
Complimentary toiletries will be provided at arrival.

MEALS
This is a self-catering accommodation. Meals are not included. You can store food and use the kitchen at your convenience.

CLEANINGS
The cleaning fee includes the cleaning of your room with fresh linen before arrival. Regular cleanings are carried out by our staff to common areas only. It is responsibility of all guests to maintain an acceptable status of order and cleanliness at anytime.

UTILITY BILLS
Rental amount includes the supply of electricity, water, gas, waste collection and Wi-Fi. Consumption must not exceed a fair usage policy.

HEATING
The property is heated by efficient gas central heating throughout. We set the thermostats with times, depending on the seasonality to make sure it's comfortable.

PETS
We love puppies and other animals but they are not allowed in our properties. Some guests have pet allergy.

Guests:
Guests are allowed prior Viva Ireland approval for a maximum of 3 nights.

Smoking:
We have a strict no smoking policy, A substantial deep cleaning charge will be payable plus any damages to furnishings must be paid for.

WiFi
We have excellent WiFi throughout the property. The code for the Wifi is located at the property upon arrival.

Laundry
Washing machine is available at the property for a €2/h fee. Tumble dryer is available is some properties only.

Personal Safety and Belongings
Rental amount does not include insurance against personal injury inside premises, loss or damage to personal effects howsoever arising at the accommodation. To cover any risks, we strongly recommend buying your own travel insurance.

General Rules

No parties
No noise or disturbance between 10pm and 8am
No smoking inside: €50 fine and eviction
You cannot change room or bed without Viva Ireland approval: €50.00 fine
You are not allowed to sublet your bed
Utility bills are subjected to fair usage policy: do not abuse
Visitors not allowed without Viva Ireland approval: €50.00 fine
Viva Ireland is not responsible for belongings that are not safely locked
Hanging/sticking items on walls: €20.00
Breakages, loss or damage: the equivalent cost of repairs
Loss/recovery of keys: €20.00 office collection or €30.00 for a call-out. Incomplete check-out: €50.00
Rent delay: €50.00
Pets inside the accommodation: €50.00 and eviction
Code of Conduct: anti-social behavior will result in immediate eviction. Anti-social behavior includes violence, intimidation, coercion, harassment, obstruction, threats and any other behavior that interferes with the peaceful occupation of the property or vicinity

CHANGING OR CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING

If you wish to make a change to your booking, please contact us. We will let you know if the change is possible and will send you a confirmation email if the change is accepted. Our cancellation policy:

Direct Clients Bookings*

Short term bookings (less than 3 months)

Cancellations (short):
• Free cancellation within 72 hours of making the booking, except when the booking date is within 21 days of check-in
• Full refund minus the booking fee (€40) up to 21 days prior to check-in
• €140 cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days or less before check-in

Long term bookings (3 months or longer)

Cancellations (long):
• Free cancellation within 45 days of making the booking, except when the booking date is within 21 days of check-in
• Full refund minus €180 up to 21 days prior to check-in
• €580 cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days or less before check-in

Alterations (short and long):
• One change to the check-in date is allowed free of charge if requested at least 21 days before the original check-in date
• Additional changes will require a new booking fee and deposit

*Direct Client Bookings are defined as reservations where the Guest makes at least one rental payment directly to Viva Ireland.

Bookings from Partners, Affiliate Agents or Third-Party Representatives*

Cancellations:
• Free cancellation up to 28 days before the check-in date
• Free cancellation within 48 hours, if the booking is made within 28 days of the check-in date
• Cancellation fee of 10% of the total room rate if cancelled between 28 and 15 days before check-in
• Cancellation fee of 50% of the total room rate if cancelled between 14 and 4 days before check-in
• Cancellation fee of 100% of the total room rate if cancelled within 72 hours of check-in or after

Alterations:
• Alterations are free of charge if requested at least 28 days before the original check-in date
• Additional changes may be subject to charges

*A Partner Booking refers to any reservation where the full rental payment is made by an affiliate or agency on behalf of the guest.
