Our charming Victorian stone-built family home is warm and inviting, with plenty of parking, including an EV charger. The front garden features a fun kids' play area, while the spacious rear garden has a lovely patio with a table, chairs, and a BBQ—perfect for relaxing outdoors. Nestled in the popular and vibrant Newington area, it offers a peaceful retreat with easy access to the city, making it an ideal spot for visitors.

This bright and spacious Victorian family home is the perfect place for a memorable stay in Edinburgh! The house offers fantastic amenities, including free parking for multiple cars, an outdoor dining area, a patio, a kids' play area, and a spacious living/dining area to enjoy an evening meal with family. It is a ground floor flat, with one step leading to it.

Our home features four comfortable bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. The layout is flexible, making it ideal for families or groups. The third and fourth bedrooms can be set up as either a super king or two singles, perfect for families who want children to share a room. Just let us know your preferred bed configuration when booking!

A travel cot is available upon request (additional fees apply). Please note that it’s a basic travel cot without bedding or an extra mattress.
