《Regarding Changes in Number of Guests》
As our facility does not operate on a per-room charge basis, the total cost will vary depending on the number of guests, even if within the room's capacity. Please notify us of any changes in the number of guests by the day before your scheduled stay.
Additionally, even for temporary use of the facilities without an overnight stay (e.g., BBQ only), the standard additional fee will apply.

Restrictions apply: Medium-sized dogs or smaller, up to 2 dogs.
※ If a pet is found on-site without prior notification, a penalty fee of 1.5 times the standard pet fee will be charged in addition to the regular pet fee. Please be aware of this policy.

《About the Hot Spring》
Hot water supply times are restricted due to circumstances at the hot spring source.
※ Regular hot water is available even during times when hot spring water is not flowing.

[Closed Days]
The hot spring is closed on the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of each month.
It is available during the aforementioned peak season periods.

《Regarding Noise》
Our inn is located in a quiet area, and loud sounds carry outdoors. Please be especially mindful of the following behaviors:

・Playing speakers at high volume
・Loud conversations or laughter outdoors
・Using the pool or BBQ facilities after 8:00 PM

In cases of severe disturbance, we may ask you to leave the premises.

Using speakers or conversing is acceptable within reasonable limits.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure everyone enjoys a pleasant stay.

《Pool Rules》
1. Pool hours end at 8:00 PM.
2. Swimwear must be worn at all times. Swimming in clothing or underwear is prohibited.
3. Parents/guardians must supervise young children at all times.
4. Swimming while intoxicated or engaging in dangerous activities (diving, underwater swimming, etc.) is strictly prohibited.
5. Do not run on the pool deck. It is slippery and extremely dangerous.
6. Please refrain from bringing glass items or dangerous objects.
7. For hygiene reasons, children requiring diapers must wear swim diapers.
8. Refrain from using the pool if you are unwell (e.g., fever, diarrhea, skin conditions).
9. Always shower before and after using the pool before returning to your room.
10. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any accidents occurring in the pool.

《About the Sauna》
It takes approximately one hour for the sauna to heat up after turning it on.
Always wear swimwear when using the sauna.
Please hydrate before use and refrain from using the sauna after drinking alcohol.

《Reservation Occupancy》
Rates vary based on the number of guests. Please notify us immediately of any changes to your reservation count. A penalty fee will apply if the actual number of guests differs from the reservation.

《Smoking Policy》
The entire interior is strictly non-smoking. Please use the designated smoking area next to the spiral staircase on the first floor.
Smoking discovered inside the building or outside the designated smoking area will result in charges for deodorization and restoration costs.

《Parking》
Parking is available for up to 3 passenger vehicles.

《Fireworks》
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. There are no permitted locations nearby.

《Important Notes》
Significant damage or poor condition may result in additional cleaning fees or compensation charges. Full compensation will be required for any broken or stolen items.

《Natural Environment》
Our property is surrounded by rich natural surroundings, where you may encounter wildlife such as wild birds, squirrels, and beetles.
While measures are taken to prevent insects from entering the rooms, complete prevention is difficult. We therefore do not recommend stays for guests who dislike insects. 
We kindly ask for your understanding.

《Check-in Hours》
Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM. We cannot accommodate issues related to check-ins after 10:00 PM. For early check-in requests, we will determine feasibility based on other reservations around 5:00 PM the previous day or around 12:00 PM on the day of arrival and contact you.
Early check-in incurs an additional fee of ¥5,000 per 30 minutes.

■ Prohibited Actions
Additional fees will apply if any of the following actions are observed:

・Failure to vacate the room after the check-out time (Late Fee: ¥2,500 per 15 minutes)
・Refusing to vacate the room after requesting an extension but before approval is granted
・Smoking outside designated outdoor areas, or bringing cigarette butts into rooms/balconies (¥55,000 fine)
・Noise disturbing neighbors (especially 9 PM–7 AM) (¥33,000 fine)
・Illegal dumping of trash in the neighborhood (¥33,000 fine)
・Unauthorized exceeding of the reserved number of guests (¥20,000 × number of excess guests)
・Damaging, breaking, or taking away any indoor facilities

＜Regarding Consideration for Neighbors＞
The area surrounding our facility is a quiet resort area with many residents. We strictly prohibit dining or drinking on the balcony after 8:00 PM, as well as any other activities that may disturb the neighbors.
