Layout
The property has a 2LDK layout (Living/Dining Room, Kitchen, and two Japanese-style rooms). The Japanese-style rooms are as follows: one queen bed on the first floor, and two single beds on the second floor, each with space in front for futons. Bed spaces and futon spaces can be completely separated by partitions.
The open kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, electric kettle, 3-burner IH stove, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, and coffee machine, all available for your use.

■ Bedrooms
1F Japanese-style room → 1 queen bed, futons × 2
2F Japanese-style room → 2 single beds, futons × 2

The futons are thick and sturdy, similar to those used in traditional Japanese inns (ryokan).

■ Amenities
Hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, facial wash, bath towels, face towels, toothbrushes, comb, body towel.

■ Kitchen
Cooking utensils: microwave, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, frying pan, pot, bowl, colander, kitchen knife, cutting board, peeler, grater, ladle, etc.
Tableware: chopsticks, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, mugs, large and small plates, rice bowls, etc., all available for your use.

Guest access
Please refrain from entering or touching items in storage areas where supplies and equipment are kept.

Notes

《Regarding the road in front of the facility》
Our property is located slightly up a mountain road from the main street, and the road in front is only about 2.5 meters wide.
As it is a narrow mountain road, large vehicles such as Toyota Hiace vans or large SUVs cannot pass through. Also, for those not accustomed to driving on such roads, we do not recommend driving up to the facility.
We cannot take responsibility for any accidents or damage to vehicles. If you cannot drive up, please park in a nearby free parking lot and take a taxi to the property.

《Regarding the natural environment》
Our property is surrounded by nature, where you may see wildlife such as birds, squirrels, and beetles.
We take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, but it is not possible to completely prevent them.
If you are uncomfortable with insects, we may not recommend staying here. We appreciate your understanding.

《Regarding electricity capacity》
We have contracted the maximum possible electricity plan for the property. Even if all air conditioners are used simultaneously, the breaker will not trip.
However, using multiple high-consumption appliances such as the IH stove at the same time may cause the breaker to trip.
If this happens, please switch the breaker back on and temporarily turn off non-essential air conditioners to adjust.

《Regarding noise》
Our property is located in a quiet area, and sounds carry outdoors. Please be careful of the following:
・Playing speakers at high volume
・Loud conversations or laughter outdoors
If noise is excessive, you may be asked to leave the property.
Using speakers or talking within reasonable limits is fine. We appreciate your cooperation for a pleasant stay for all guests.

《Regarding shopping》
There are no supermarkets within walking distance, so we recommend shopping in advance.

《Regarding TV》
The TV can be used to watch Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, etc.
※Terrestrial TV channels are not available.

《Regarding occupancy》
If there is any change in the number of guests, please notify us.
If the actual number of guests differs from the reservation, we will charge the additional fee for the difference plus 1.5 times the total amount as a penalty.

《Regarding smoking》
Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Please use the smoking area on the balcony.
If indoor smoking is detected, we will charge the cost for deodorizing and restoring the room.

《Regarding parking》
There is space for 2 passenger cars.

《Regarding fireworks》
Fireworks are strictly prohibited. There are no nearby areas where they are permitted.

《Usage notes》
If the property is left in extremely poor condition, we may charge additional cleaning or damage fees.
If items are damaged or stolen, we will charge the full replacement cost.
