A black leather pull-out couch and matching chair sit in front of a stylish glass-top coffee table and a flat-screen HD TV with smart capabilities. The dining area has a contemporary glass table, and the kitchen is fully furnished with an induction hob, combination oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. The room is finished with hardwood floors, large central sky light, and a washing machine for all of your laundry needs.
There are two high quality bathrooms, one en-suite with tub/shower combo, and one off the living room with glass enclosed, stand up shower.
Lastly are two bedrooms which offer quality, comfort and privacy during your stay.
The flat is on the 4th floor. There are about 20 steps to get to the lift.
Sofa Bed Use
If you are booking for 5 guests, the sofa bed charge will be automatically included by Airbnb. Just make sure to enter the correct number of guests when booking so we can have the extra linen ready for your stay. Please note, the total price will adjust based on the number of guests.
If you are a group of 4 or fewer guests but would like to use the sofa bed, there is an extra charge of £10 per night (minimum £30) to cover the additional linen, laundry, and cleaning. If this applies to you, just let us know when you book so we can prepare everything in advance.
