LOW DEPOSIT: Pay just 15% of the rental amount to secure your reservation. The booking deposit will be returned immediately if you cancel your booking (subject to our cancellation policy, see below).
CASH OPTION: The remaining 85% of the rental amount plus the security deposit will be due 30 days before arrival OR cash on arrival. The security deposit is 30 euros per person, except children under 13 and adults over 40 (minimum 240 euros). The security deposit will be returned on the day of departure upon inspection of the property.

FLEXIBLE CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • Full refund if booking is cancelled at least 60 days before check-in.
  • Between 30 and 60 days before check-in: booking deposit will not be refundable, but 100% of any other money paid will be refunded.
  • Within 30 days of check-in: booking deposit will not be refundable, but the security deposit plus 50% of any other money paid will be refunded. 

A copy of all the above terms and conditions will be sent out by email as part of the reservation process.

Please note check-in time is 5:30pm as we have a generous check-out time (12:00 noon) and we need the time to get such a large house ready for our next guests. 


The House Rules are clearly visible at the villa, feel free to request a copy before booking. Main rule is to treat our neighbours with respect: guests may enjoy the pool and garden area during the afternoon and early evening, but no music or loud voices after 10pm.
