*Groups*
All groups (classified as a booking with more than 3 adults from different households) must contact WHG before booking

White House Glamping is a family site, large groups and same-sex bookings must book the whole site. An additional deposit of £400 must be paid in order to secure the booking. This deposit will be returned once check-out has been completed and evaluated by the White House Glamping staff. Deductions may be made for cleaning, damage or noise-policy violations.

WHG has the right to refuse group (more than 3 adult) or all-adult bookings if we feel that this may be of detriment to other guests staying at White House Glamping.

Stag parties are not accepted.


*Parking*
Parking space for up to 2 cars per glamping unit. If you'd like more space - let us know and we will arrange it.

Arrivals and departures:

No refunds/discounts for inclement weather, late arrivals or early departures.

Check-out is at 11am. Guests that overstay may be charged for an extra night.


*Changes to your holiday*

Bookings cannot be amended within 30 day(s) of arrival.


*Dogs*

Dogs are permitted on site.

Dogs are not allowed in the accommodation units.

Dogs must be kept on leads and supervised at all times.

Owners must pick up their dog's mess.

Guide dogs are allowed on site free of charge.

You will need to bring your own dog bowls, bedding and poo bags.

Extras:
Motorbike(s) can be brought instead of the car(s) included.


*General*
Bookings are nominative and non-transferable.
In the event of a complaint, please speak to reception immediately. Complaints which are not brought to the managements attention during your stay cannot be dealt with once you have left the site.

Quiet hours must be respected between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.

No amplified music or drumming at any time

No fireworks or sky lanterns

The management reserves the right to deny access or terminate the stay of those guests whose behaviour is deemed unsuitable. No refunds will be offered.
Youll need an Environment Agency rod licence (you'll need to apply for this beforehand) if you wish to fish on the river.


*Hired accommodation*
Your unit must be left clean and tidy, a fine of £50.00 will be charged for unclean units upon departure.


*Safety*

Barbecues are permitted but must be raised off the ground and attended by an adult at all times. Fire pits must remain in their designated areas and be kept well away from the tipis.

No candles, cooking stoves or any other sources of flame are permitted in the tipis.

The site is on a working farm. Guests are not permitted to go off the designated glamping site without permission and will act in a responsible manner at all times. Leave gates as you find them, closing a gate if found closed.

The farm has a river which guests are permitted to access but shall not swim in. They shall act with courtesy and respect for any other guests and fishermen that are there.

The site is located on a working farm and as such there may be the sound of tractors and milking parlours occasionally. But we think this just adds to the experience.


*Visitors*

Visitors must be approved by WHG first

Visitors must leave the premises by 10 p.m.


*Lost Property*

For lost property returns, WHG charges £10 for small items and £15 for large or valuable items towards staff costs for travelling to a Post Office, postage and packaging.
