No refund

Article L.324-2 of the French Tourism Code stipulates the obligation of a seasonal rental contract. You will receive this contract at the time of booking, and have 48 hours to return it signed.

The premises are rented exclusively for residential use as a seasonal tourist residence. They do not constitute the main residence of the Tenant.
The maximum number of people allowed on the premises is 14 people.

The Tenant expressly undertakes to have fully released the accommodation on the date of checkout (departure) at the latest by 9:00am.

Payment: 100% of the total price of the rent at the signature of the present contract.

A 5000€ security deposit is required before entering the premises. This deposit is taken in the form of a credit card imprint (extra fees) or can be collected and refund after check-out.
