Guests are expected to arrive within the check-in window of 4pm to 10pm Sunday to Thursday, or up to midnight on Friday and Saturday, unless an after hours check-in exception is granted due to a late flight to Calgary International Airport (YYC) or a long distance bus service to a Calgary bus terminal. You'll be able to request an after hours check-in time exception after you place your reservation.

Day Room and Hourly Room Rentals:
Sunday - Thursday from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Friday & Saturday from 10:00 AM to Midnight
Minimum check-in age: 21 yrs

Important Information for Overnight Guests-- What You Need to Know Prior to Checking in:
As we are an express self check-in property, valid Government issued photo identification and a credit card will be required in advance through our secure and encrypted digital check-in form prior to entry. Your credit card will be charged for the reservation portion and taxes at the time of booking. The credit card used to book the accommodation must be in the primary name on the guestroom reservation and provided as a form of payment. There may also be limited occasions where a guest makes a same day or last minute reservation and requests approval from the property to have a valid form of payment to be presented in person to cover the reservation portion plus applicable taxes. After completing Pre-Check-in, guests will receive all check-in instructions and an access code through our web based app within 48 hours prior to their scheduled arrival. A refundable security deposit is required for all overnight stays. See "Security Room Deposit" section below.

Important Information for Day Room Rental Guests-- What You Need to Know Prior to Checking in:
If your booking a room by the hour or making a day room reservation in a selected time band; express self-check in does not apply. Guests selecting Day Room reservations will be able to reserve their rooms conveniently online like overnight guests including paying room charges and deposits, however guests will need to check in briefly with a staff member and be shown to their room as opposed to receiving a door code for entry. If your not expecting to arrive at the start of your time band, you need to reach out to the property through our convenient app after a booking has been paid and send us a message updating us of your expected arrival time. We do not accept third party bookings for Day Room or Hourly Rentals and reservations from local residents under 21 years without prior approval. Valid Government issued photo identification and a credit card will be required in advance through our secure and encrypted Pre Check-in Guest Portal prior to entry. Your credit card will be charged for the reservation portion and taxes at the time of booking. The credit card used to book the accommodation must be in the primary name on the guestroom reservation. A refundable security deposit is required for all day room and hourly rentals. See "Security Room Deposit" section below.

The fastest way to secure your booking is through our secure online Pre Check-in Guest Portal. In Person Check in must be arranged in advance through our web based app. If in Person check-in is selected, guests must still provide valid Government issued ID and a form of payment in advance for the scheduled reservation and refundable security deposit charges. In certain cases, we may approve last minute reservation check-ins to be completed in person at the property on a case by case basis.

This property accepts most domestic and international credit cards; including Visa debit cards. Cash is not accepted.
This property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival.
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on room or dormitory bed selected.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges.
There is no 24/7 front desk at this property. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests.
If you are planning to arrive after 10:00 PM, please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation.
This property enforces quiet hours from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM

Security Room Deposit:
You'll be asked to pay the following refundable charges at the property:
Deposit: $150.00 CAD per accommodation, per stay.
A refundable security deposit will be authorized on the guest’s credit card within 24 hours prior to check-in for advanced bookings or instantly if your making a same day booking. The deposit serves as security for any incidental charges, damages or violations of hotel policy. Release of the deposit is subject to a satisfactory room inspection at the time of check-out. For both domestic and international credit cards, the authorization hold will be released and the refund initiated within 3 business days after check-out. Please note that while the hotel processes the refund within this time frame, the actual availability of funds may vary depending on the guest’s issuing bank, card type, and country of origin.

Children and Extra Beds
Children over 4 yrs are welcome to stay with a parent or legal guardian included in the room charge for double occupancy shown on the booking page and up to 5 children in the Family Adventure Bunk Room when the proper guest count is selected. Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) are not available.

Local Guest Policy (with exceptions)
The following local guest policy only applies for overnight reservations, not hourly or day room rentals:
Only bookings from non-local guests are accepted for overnight stays; guests whose residence is within 37 mi (60 km) of the property will not be allowed to check in.
The only exception to this policy applies to 1) Newcomers to Calgary staying on a valid Canadian work or study permit. Guests must present a Canadian Government-issued ID or a foreign passport, along with their valid work or study permit prior to entry. A family member or friend may cover the room portion of the booking only for foreign workers or international students by signing a credit card authorization form and also providing their own valid Government issued ID as the booker and official name on register. 2) Local employers who require temporary housing for non local employees working on a local contract or project within the City of Calgary or surrounding region. The registered guest must pay their own security deposit (not the booker) using a domestic or international credit or visa debit card, as they are personally responsible for any damages or incidentals during their stay.

Local Resident Third Party Booking Policy
WE DO NOT ACCEPT third party bookings from local Calgary residents paying on behalf of other local guests. WE DO ACCEPT third party bookings from individuals living outside of the City of Calgary paying on behalf of other guests. WE ALSO ACCEPT local employers hiring temporary workers that require short term accommodation. If you are a third party booker paying on behalf of a friend, relative, spouse or employee, you will need to sign a credit card authorization form which will assign and transfer any responsibility for room charges and taxes and incidentals or damages incurred at the property as the bookers responsibility. Safety
Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
Safety features at this property include carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, security system, a first aid kit, and outdoor lighting.
Property is monitored 24/7 by CCTV Security Cameras for guest safety and comfort as a public accommodation facility.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

We should mention
This property does not have elevators. Access to certain rooms requires the use of staircases. As such, the property may not be suitable for guests with serious mobility limitations or specific accessibility needs.

Cancellation Policy
