Important Information: What You Need to Know Prior to Checking in:
As we are a self check-in property, valid Government-issued photo identification and a credit card will be required in advance through our secure and encrypted Pre Check-In Guest Portal prior to entry. Your credit card will not be charged for the reservation until the day of your arrival. Our convenient web based app will show you the scheduling of charges including the security deposit authorization hold. (See Security Room Deposit).
The credit card used to book the accommodation must be the primary name on the guestroom reservation and either uploaded to our Pre Check-In Guest Portal or presented in person at the property to cover the reservation portion plus applicable taxes and security deposit authorization hold for incidentals and damages.

The fastest way to secure your booking is through our secure online Pre Check-In Guest Portal. In Person Check in must be arranged in advance through our web based app. If In Person check-in is selected, guests must still provide valid Government ID and a form of payment in advance for the scheduled reservation and refundable security deposit charges. In certain cases, we may approve last minute reservations check-ins to be completed in person at the property on a case by case basis.

After completing Pre-Check-in, guests will receive all check-in instructions and an access code through our web based app within 24 hours prior to their scheduled arrival.
This property accepts most domestic and international credit cards; including Visa and Mastercard issued debit cards. Cash is not accepted.
This property reserves the right to pre-authorize the guest's credit card prior to arrival.
Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on room or hostel bed selected.
Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.
There is no 24/7 front desk at this property. A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests.

Security Room Deposit:
You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property
Deposit: CAD 150.00 per accommodation, per stay.
A refundable security deposit will be authorized on the guest’s credit card 48 hours prior to check-in. The deposit serves as security for any incidental charges, damages or violations of hotel policy. Release of the deposit is subject to a satisfactory room inspection at the time of check-out.
For both domestic and international credit cards, the authorization hold will be released and the refund initiated within 3 business days after check-out. Please note that while the hotel processes the refund within this time frame, the actual availability of funds may vary depending on the guest’s issuing bank, card type, and country of origin.

Children and Extra Beds
Children 4 yrs to 10 yrs are welcome to stay with a parent or legal guardian for an additional fee if a room is reserved for 3 guests. (See rooms that list Family-Friendly below). The double occupancy rate shown on our booking page will be charged by default when a booking for 2 guests is selected for Family Friendly Rooms. Parents have the option of having their child sleep with them or request an additional memory foam floor mattress for a fee of $29. Additional pillows and linens provided.
Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) are not available.

Local Guest Policy
Only bookings from non-local guests are accepted; guests whose residence is within 37 mi (60 km) of the property will not be allowed to check in.
The only exception to this policy applies to newcomers to Calgary staying on a valid Canadian work or study permit. Guests must present a Canadian Government-issued ID or a foreign passport, along with their valid work or study permit prior to entry. A family member or friend may cover the room portion of the booking only for foreign workers or international students by signing a credit card authorization form and also providing their own valid Government issued ID as the booker and official name on register. The registered guest must pay their own security deposit (not the booker) using a domestic or international credit card, as they are personally responsible for any damages or incidentals during their stay.

Local Resident Third Party Booking Policy
WE DO NOT ACCEPT third party bookings from local Calgary residents paying on behalf of other guests even if they live outside the city limits. WE DO ACCEPT third party bookings from individuals living outside of Southern Alberta paying on behalf of other guests who live 60 km or more outside of the Calgary city limits. WE ALSO ACCEPT Canadian, foreign or local employers hiring temporary foreign workers that require short term accommodation. If you are a foreign resident, Canadian resident or employer, paying on behalf of a friend, relative, spouse or employee, you will need to sign a credit card authorization form which will assign and transfer any responsibility for incidentals or damages incurred at the property as the bookers responsibility. Any third party bookings will need to be approved by the property in advance. Safety
Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited.
Safety features at this property include a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher, a smoke detector, a security system, a first aid kit, and outdoor lighting.
Property is monitored 24/7 by CCTV Security Cameras for guest safety and comfort as a public accommodation facility.

Pets
Pets are not allowed.

We should mention
This property does not have elevators. Access to certain rooms requires the use of staircases. As such, the property may not be suitable for guests with serious mobility limitations or specific accessibility needs.
