CANCELLATION POLICY :

It is agreed that in the event of cancellation/withdrawal :

1) by the traveller :
- more than 30 days before the reservation takes effect, the traveller forfeits the deposit paid.
- less than 30 days before the reservation takes effect, the traveller will also pay the difference between the deposit and the total amount of the initial reservation, as a penalty clause.

2) from the host :
- within 7 days of withdrawal, the host will pay double the deposit paid by the traveller.
