Reservation Changes & Cancellation Policy:
We only accept written cancellations/changes via email. Amending your reservation may affect both availability and rates.
Guests can only reschedule for the same or a higher price, subject to availability, at least a week prior to arrival by e-mail request.
In case of any intended modification on your reservation please contact us in time so we can offer a great service and stress-free holidays!

Free cancellation until 14 days before your arrival.Your deposit minus the bank transfer expenses or credit card fees, can be refunded.
In case of cancellation within the 14 days prior to your arrival the total amount of your reservation will be charged and cannot be refunded.

No-show Policy (General)
In case of no-show, the total amount of your reservation cannot be refunded. The room will be released at 11:00 AM the following day.

Rates / Taxes & Payment:
In order to comfirm your booking we must receive a deposit (depending on the Rate/Offer). The rest of the amount, if any, is paid 14 days before arrival or during your stay when your invoice is issued.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers or paypal. Our rates include 13% VAT and 0.5% municipality tax.

Enviromental Fee - EXTRA CHARGE:
Please note that there’s an extra charge of €2 per room per night from April to October, or €0.50 from November to March. This fee must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-in is at 15:00 until 21.00.
Let us know the time of your arrival and itinerary so we can ensure the perfect check in!

Check-out is until 11:00.
If you wish to extend your check-out time, please contact us. All extensions of your check-out time are subject to availability and an extra charge may incur. Please inform us in case of early check out (before 08.00) at least a day before so everything is arranged and there are no pending tasks.

Breakfast is not included in the price and it will be available once we have completed all the necessary legal procedures.
