In order for your stay to be as pleasant as possible, and for hygiene and safety conditions to be guaranteed for all, we ask you to carefully read these regulations.

1. Reservation
Payment of the full amount confirms acceptance of the terms and conditions set out below and commits the Travelers' intention to occupy the premises, whether or not these people have signed the reservation form.

2. Rental period
This accommodation is rented to you for a period defined at the time of your reservation. Under no circumstances may a traveler claim any right to remain in the premises outside of this period.

3. Arrival and departure
Arrival times are scheduled for the afternoon from 5 p.m.
Departure times are scheduled for the morning before 10 a.m.
The time spent on cleaning must take place on the day of departure, before the deadline.

4. Equipment provided
This accommodation is rented with bedding (box springs and mattresses), duvets, pillows as well as sheets, mattress protectors, pillowcases and duvet covers. The beds are made upon arrival.
Bath linen (hand towel, bath towel, hand towel) as well as tea towels and bath mats are also provided
You will also find coffee capsules, sugar, salt, pepper as well as garbage bags, toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and sponges

5. Animals
For hygiene reasons, animals are not accepted. In the event of non-compliance with this clause by the traveler, the owner may refuse the animals. In the event of the traveler's departure, no refund can be considered.

6. Non-smoking accommodation
Smokers must refrain from smoking in the common areas and accommodation. Please go out into the street. Any failure will be deducted from the deposit of €60 for cleaning and disinfection.

7. Use of the premises
All furniture is at your disposal. Please keep it in good condition and ensure its cleanliness. All amenities are at your disposal, subject to normal and reasonable use. In this regard, please do not throw anything in the toilet bowl, except toilet paper.
We ask you to manage the accommodation "as a good father", an expression that seems outdated today but that we find pretty.
The access door to the accommodation is equipped with a key lock. Be absolutely sure to close it properly when leaving the premises. You are responsible for any theft and damage in the event of non-compliance with this clause.

8. Electricity
The rental price includes a fixed price of 20 KWH of electricity per day which corresponds to the average electricity consumption per day per household in France (the price of the KWH including tax is 0.30Eur). However, in order to respect the environment as much as possible, please turn off the lights when you leave a room and do not leave doors and windows open for long if you use the heating.
The accommodations are all equipped with Linky meters which allow you to know the actual consumption, it will therefore not be necessary to take a reading of the electricity meter at the beginning and end of the stay. Electricity consumption exceeding the package will be subject to additional billing.

9. Cleaning
At the end of the stay, you are required to return the accommodation in a good state of cleanliness and order, in particular ensuring that furniture, objects and dishes are put away.
A cleaning fee of €50 may apply at the end of the stay if an inventory after the guest's departure indicates that cleaning has been insufficient.

10. Household waste
Please take out your trash and think about sorting. For recycling, you must take your plastic, cardboard or glass waste to the bins provided for this purpose.

11. Safety and decency instructions
Please respect the tranquility of the premises and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. The noise level, inside and outside the property, must be contained in order to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood. In the event of a conflict and/or complaint, we reserve the right to exclude travelers causing the disturbance.
To respect the neighborhood, it is strictly forbidden to make noise in the evening after 10 p.m. and before 8 a.m.
The access doors to the accommodations are equipped with locks. Be absolutely sure to lock them properly when you are away. You are responsible for any theft and damage in the event of non-compliance with this instruction.

12. Insurance
Check with your usual insurance company and check whether your multi-risk home insurance policy includes an extension for vacation rentals. If not, it is advisable to take out vacation insurance.

13. Certificates of stay
Certain establishments or works councils grant holiday allowances. Leclerc can only issue a certificate or invoice upon proof of your stay.

14. Use of the Internet
You are legally responsible for the use made of Internet access during your stay, and you must not use the Internet connection to carry out illegal downloads.

15. Management of the deposit
No deposit is required.

16. Capacity
If the capacity of an accommodation is exceeded without our agreement, a supplement will be requested, or the additional persons may be refused. In the event of the departure of a number of travellers greater than those refused, no refund can be considered.

17. In the event of a problem
In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, please contact us immediately. We will then do our best to remedy the situation. No refund for troubleshooting or repairs can be taken into account without our agreement.
In the event of breakage, damage or deterioration, please report it during your stay, even if no damage appears. In the event of loss or deterioration of elements of the accommodation, the amount of the deposit may be reduced by the cost of repair or possible replacement.

The reservation can be canceled or modified free of charge up to 5 days before the first day of the reservation. If a reservation is canceled after this date, the customer will have to pay the total amount of the planned stay.
