GENERAL POLICY
The room is reserved and secured in an online booking. 

To confirm your reservation a booking deposit of 25% is required at the time of the booking 
Alternatively, contact us to hold a room for you for 72 hours without any commitment in order to arrange your flights.
The remaining balance needs to be paid a week before your arrival or locally upon on arrival. (negotiable )

CANCELLATION POLICY:
The cancellation fee will be 25% of the total amount however 
you can reschedule your stay once until 7 days before your arrival. You’ll only be charged if there’s a price difference between your new and old dates.
100% fee for non-show or 7 days before your arrival
