Deluxe Family Suite (6)

Our newly renovated Deluxe Family Suite is particularly suited for longer-term stays and is more like an apartment than a hotel room. This suite offers a living area with a pull-out couch, bedroom with two (2) Queen Beds, and a kitchen offering a full-sized fridge with an ice maker, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher.

This room has two zones of air-conditioning, allowing the bedroom to be a different temperature than the rest of the suite!

This suite fits up to six (6) guests.

Deluxe Single Kitchenette (7-10)

Nightly Rate

Our newly renovated Deluxe Single Kitchenettes are particularly suited for longer-term stays. These suites offer a bedroom with a single (1) Queen Bed, and a kitchen offering a full-sized fridge with an ice maker, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher. The kitchen area also has a workspace available for your remote working needs.

These rooms do include AC.

Each room fits up to two (2) guests.

Double Executive Suite (15)

The Double Executive Suite is particularly suited for longer-term stays and is more like an apartment than a hotel room. This suite offers a living area, bedroom with a single (1) Queen Bed and a single (1) Double Bed. Additionally, this suite offers a kitchen with a full-sized fridge, range with an oven, and microwave.

This Suite has not yet been renovated and DOES NOT yet have AC.

This suite fits up to four (4) guests.

Double Deluxe Room (11-14)

Standard Rate

Our Double Deluxe rooms offer two (2) Double Beds, a work desk, microwave, and mini fridge for your convenience. There is a separate sink and shower/toilet area so you can get ready while someone else showers!

These rooms fit up to Four (4) guests.

CONTRACTOR SPECIAL:Double Kitchen Suite (1,2)

Our Contractor Specials offer two (2) Queen Beds, and a full kitchen for your convenience! These rooms are great for extended stays on a budget!

These rooms have not yet been renovated and DO NOT have AC.

These rooms fit up to four (4) guests.

Deluxe Double Kitchenette (5)

Our newly renovated Deluxe Double Kitchenette is particularly suited to longer-term stays and is more like an efficiency apartment than a hotel room.
It has a bedroom with two (2) Queen Beds, a single (1) twin softa bed, a kitchenette offering a fridge, 2 2-burner cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, and a large island for meal prep or remote work.

This room fits up to four (5) guests.

This room does include AC.

Deluxe Single (4)

Our Deluxe Single room offers a single (1) Queen Bed, a huge 50" TV, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and a compact workspace. Efficiency without giving up comfortablity!

This room does include AC.

Our newly renovated Deluxe Single King Kitchenette is particularly suited for longer-term stays. This room offers a bedroom with a single (1) King Bed, a single (1) sofa bed, and a kitchen offering a full-sized fridge with an ice maker, 2 burner cooktop, microwave, and dishwasher!

This room does include AC.

HOTEL RULES:
All referenced policies are posted on the website and are posted in the office,
further a copy is available upon request. Management reserves the right to refuse service and/or
terminate guest stay for violation of below rules or for any reasons they see fit.
1. Check in is at 3pm. Check out time is 11:00am. Any extension of stay must be approved with management prior to your Check out time and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Guests agree they understand the Pet Policy (see below).
3. Guests agree they understand the NO SMOKING Policy (see below).
4. Reservation cancellations with less than 24hrs notice are subject to the forfeiture of your first night’s accommodation fee.
5. The management does not take responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the room or guest vehicles.
6. A secure safe is available, free of charge, at the front desk.
7. Guests agree to pay all charges incurred during their stay, and settle all accounts once they reach $500, unless prior arrangements have been made.
8. Guests affirm that they have read the terms and conditions governing their stay at The Silver Moon Motel and agree to abide by them.
9. All disputes subject to Saratoga (Carbon County) Wyoming jurisdiction.

SMOKING POLICY:
Smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, e-cig, etc…) is prohibited in all rooms and public spaces of the hotel. Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only. Please show due consideration for other guests while smoking on the premises. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for costs incurred by smoking.
Minimum Charge of $350/per incident

PET POLICY:
Pets…Yes Please! Here at the Silver Moon Motel in Saratoga, WY we love animals and look forward to meeting yours! No need to leave your furry friends at home. Most Pets and Service Animals are welcome. (Sorry, no cats please)

Room availability is limited, however, so please book in advance!

Some basic house rules are outlined below, but please call with any questions.

• All pets must be under 80 lbs.
• Pets must be house broken, any/all “accidents” will incur additional cleaning cost.
• Animals must be well behaved and non-aggressive.
• If pets are disruptive to other guests, you will be asked to leave without refund.
• Pets are not to be left in room alone for extended periods.
• Management reserves the right to inspect room for damages at any time. Any damages
caused by pets are responsibility of guest.

Additional note: There are no official pet walking areas on property, however, there is lots of space nearby to walk your pets. Per city ordinance, all pet waste must be picked up and disposed of or you risk being fined. With regard to the above, please prepare for your walks accordingly.

Pet Rates:
$10 per night / $45 per week
**MINIMUM FEE OF $75 for all pets that are not disclosed prior to booking
